I called the company and was told to put in a claim. The move occurred the beginning of December 2019 and I just received a denial for the claim May 2020. Buyer beware!. If I could leave a zero I would. Paid $500 for a deposit on a move. They showed up, found evidence of rodents and left. I understand that. I spent lots of money getting that problem resolved. Called to reschedule and they said "there's no way were going back out there." Asked for a refund, they refused saying now they want to finish the move after having to hire someone else. Dont leave a deposit with these guys!!! You run the risk of them not moving you and then not giving the deposit back!!”

The movers stole items from me, worth about $500.00. They also forgot to load the washer and dryer the first time, but charged me for them having to go back and pick them up during the second trip. They charged me for a TV box, but never put the TV in a box. Finally, they damaged a number of items during shipping. I contacted the supervisor to address these issues, but he never got back to me. I've never had such a a horrible experience such as this one.”
