The day of the move, he texted me to confirm his arrival time, and when it had to shift slightly, he kept me updated. There had been a downpour all day, and I was concerned how the movers would get these heavy pieces down a slippery, grassy hill, but by the time I had unlocked the basement door, the two young men with him (Dominic and Ty—very kind and respectful) already had the first piece down.
