They did an okay job. They only broke a few things however they did not inform me about anything they broke and the damage was incredibly obvious. At my apartment they dented a metal door due to their bravado. I told them a couch would not fit without removing the legs and they told me I was wrong and proceeded to absolutely mangle this door with dents because as I told them it didn't fit well that way. They forced it through regardless. My biggest issue here is the fact that they refuse to listen to the customer that owns the property because they think they know better. My second issue is the fact that they broke things. Thirdly would be that after they broke this stuff they have ignored every call, email, and message I have left them. I had a warranty through them on these things yet if they refuse to contact me the warranty is useless, that felt like a scam to me because of that. Why pay for a warranty that I cannot use in the end? Another issue was they stated to me that their trucks cannot drive faster than 45 mph. They told me this after they took 2 hours to drive a normally 45 minute drive and charged me for every bit of it too. My load wasn't even half the truck, if that. Why do you charge customers more money simply because your trucks are in such poor repair that they are unable to do highway speeds? Also why would you take a 75 mph highway going 45 mph? That seems incredibly dangerous and like you don't care about the safety of the employees. I would avoid these guys like the plague. They have a ton of great reviews in a short time, that is usually the sign of something fishy going on. I cannot corroborate any of the good reviews based on my experience. They seem false to me.”

Skyline Moving Company recently moved my parents into their brand new retirement home in Greeley. Not only were they professional and affordable but they handled each item with great care and were extremely quick and efficient. They had everything wrapped in plastic and protected with moving blankets. They even had mattress bags to protect the mattresses during the move. There was a slight bump in the corner from a super heavy metal framed couch. The gentleman owned up to the damage And admitted it was his fault immediately and offered several solutions to either compensate my parents for the damage or get someone out to their home to repair it. Things happen-no big deal and that situation was handled very professionally. Those guys worked their butts off and did an amazing job. Would definitely hire this company again in the future!”

They had to retrieve items from several different locations and then deliver to an apartment with a distant moving truck parking area and very narrow elevator. We utilized Skyline for our recent move, moving within Denver city limits. I have moved ~20 times in my life both out of state and local. Skyline was THE BEST moving company I have ever worked with. I contacted them via their web form and their estimator called me the next day to set-up time to come assess the breadth of our move. We decided based on our estimate that we would move forward. On the day of the move I received a call from the movers stating they were on their way and they would be there at the starting time as promised. Two guys arrived. When they assessed the move it turns out the estimator was quite off. They provided another guy free of charge and had to make two trips but they got it done. The crew was comprised of nice, hard working, well spoken guys that made us feel at ease. If I had any desire to move again (ha ha) I would use them in a heartbeat.”

I've got a lot of experience with both local and long distance moves (15 moves in 25 years) and have to say I am really impressed with the whole team at Skyline. This was a local move - Longmont to Longmont - and so the rate is hourly. I contacted a few other moving companies for estimates and one didn't bother to call back, one wanted me to send them an inventory of all my belongings!? but Skyline came out to my home to see in person what we needed moved and gave a realistic estimate on both time and manpower. When they arrived the day of the move, all the guys (Kris, Logan, Mike and Victor) were friendly and professional. And most important- they all hustled. This is very important on an hourly move. Loading and unloading, they maintained a seriously impressive pace all while smiling and joking and being nice to my kids (also very important). If I could give them 20 stars I would. I hope we won't be moving again, but if we do I know who I'm calling to help. This may have been my best move to date.”

We had a lot of the house packed but the guys needed to move all the big furniture and boxes into the truck, and unpack everything at the new place. They disassembled and reassembled our beds, made sure the washer and dryer were hooked back up, and moved a monster IKEA book shelf up a flight of stairs. The BEST moving company hands down! Sabina and Spencer were incredible and I would would ask for them by name if you're looking to book a move. They arrived right on time, did a walk through and got right to work. My Mom was so impressed with them (their work ethic, friendliness and strength honestly) that she took their names down to request them for her move in a couple of months. Once they packed the truck up (we had waaaaay more crap than I originally anticipated) they met us at our new home and moved faster and with more purpose than I've ever seen two humans move outside of professional sports. Our estimate was for 5-7 hours and Sabina and Spencer got the job done in just 4. Please remember folks these guys work HARD for tips and reviews, so be sure to be generous with both. A couple things to note. Our estimate was for a lower dollar amount per hour than normally charge for weekend moves, it might have been a mistake, but they actually honored the estimate which was amazing. We also had a moving company quote us a lower dollar amount per hour but about 1 1/2 times longer than Skyline was quoting us, but we went with Skyline because we believed they actually would move us faster, therefore saving us money, and we were definitely right. They have amazing reviews on Google for a reason... Do yourself a favor, get a quote, and just go with skyline. They are motivated, work hard, and will get the job done right economically. Also do not forget to request Sabina and Spencer, they absolutely killed it for us!”

I moved this weekend and put a household in storage and used Skyline Movers. Will, Spencer and Zack did an outstanding job in getting all my "stuff" into a storage facility. I had used another moving company in the past and did further interviews and selected Skyline. They were very professional, courteous, and efficient. I received good information on the walk-thru and estimate. I frequently called with questions and got immediate reply/answer and did not have to leave a message and wait for their reply. They called prior to the move date and were right on time on move day. The 3 guys above amazed me in their strength and efficiency. I got tired watching them pick-up everything and move it. My move was a little over a week ago. I wanted to give this company a great review. Everyone else seemed to have such great service. I only found one bad review on another site and it was from someone who never even had the company show up. Naturally I expected 5 star service. That is not what I got. Here's why I cannot rate the movers 5 stars. Booking- I had a wonderful first phone call with the owner Todd. We spoke about the best day, rates, etc. I was flexible on my dates, and we talked about Friday having much more availability than Saturday. I decided on Friday, but I had to call back later to book. When I called to book, I again confirmed it was for Friday, the 7th. I got a voicemail to confirm my moving date the Sunday before, which I admit I didn't listen to, but I didn't figure there was a need since I had confirmed all the details at booking and nothing has changed. Friday morning came and movers never showed up. When I called, I got the other owner who proceeded to blame me for not listening to the voicemail and said Todd "swears" he booked me for Saturday. He might have done so, but I asked for Friday, not Saturday and we even talked about Saturday being too booked. Blaming the customer for your mistake is bad business and I didn't even get an apology for the misunderstanding. The movers- Saturday morning, Matt, Matt and Isaac showed up. The Matt who was in charge told me within 30 seconds of saying hello that they work for tips and customary tipping is $100/mover, but if I didn't think they did a good enough job, it was ok to tip less. Unbelievably tacky. When it was time to pay, Matt again mentioned how they work for tips and this time he said customary was 20% of the bill, which was $125 each now. I was never not planning to tip, but begging for tips is just so wrong, particularly when I'm already dropping a large amount of money on the move. The other Matt and Isaac were never involved in this, so I can't blame them. The move- loading went well, and they were done rather quickly. The problem started when I had been on the way to the new house (5 hours away). About 45 minutes in, I get a call that they left their clipboard with all the paperwork at my old house. I'm not sure what they expected me to do, but not wanting to wait the extra time that it would take for them to drive back and knowing I could make better time, I offered to go back and get it, adding an extra hour to my drive. Once I got to my new house, they were very appreciative that I did so and told me they'd take an hour of my move time to compensate. The unload was awful and chaotic. Rather than placing the clearly marked boxes in the rooms as they were unloading, they started piling everything into my front room. They moved the furniture into the rooms, but the rest was left as a jumbled mess for me to have to deal with later. This is the biggest reason I cannot give them 5 stars. 5 star movers would take the boxes to the room indicated by the markings on the box. Payment- I was told my $150 deposit would be deducted from my final total. I was also told that they'd take that hour off from me having to go back for their clipboard. When it came time to pay, not only did they not deduct the deposit, they didn't credit me for the hour. They did deduct one hour for their lunch, but I wouldn't have expected to have to pay them for their meal break regardless. By the time it came to pay, I was so angry and disappointed that I just paid it to get them out of my house, but I do feel like I was overcharged and ripped off. Again, this was the we work for tips Matt that settled the bill with me. He said he wanted me to mention him in my review, so here it is. He also tried to charge me a 3% fee for using my credit card, which no one EVER mentioned, then asked if I could just pay cash like I have $2000 in cash on me go hand over. Matt was very shady and a poor representative of what I still feel is a decent company. I wish my experience had been better.”

Dishonest, unprofessional, unacceptable customer service. Broke an office cabinet, broke several dishes, and then there were missing items from the bed. We tried to work it out with the owner. Instead of handling the matter in a professional and service-oriented way, he decided to have one of his employees call us directly and claim that he had a photographic memory. He claimed nothing was missing from the bed. It was a ridiculous conversation. Because the owner was so unresponsive, I had to challenge part of the charge on my credit card. I understand that movers will make mistakes, and that's fine, but when things go wrong, the company needs to stand by its work. This company did not. Stay away.”
