After 5 months of storage they increased our rental rate 27% something the previous owners didn't do in two years at the facility across the street. RUN from this company or expect to be ripped off. I would never keep any of my stuff here, no matter what it is. I’m an 18 year old girl who is graduating this weekend. It was pouring rain outside when my car broke down in the parking lot and my dad came immediately to jump it. The owner (I’m assuming) pulled in, honked obnoxiously at me to shut my door so that he could get through to his spot and did/said nothing but stared as he walked in the building. The site is always secure and I’ve never felt unsafe with my stuff there or going to the unit. One time my husband forgot to lock our unit and they emailed us to let us know- it’s incredibly nice to know they have our back! They provide dollies if you need them to help move items to/from your unit, there is plenty of lighting, and the units are super clean. Auto draft makes paying our bill super easy as well. With so many choices for places to store your stuff in Wilmington these days, I’m glad we made the choice we did!”
