They were able to sort through all of the estate and downsize, they also coordinated the movers and found a wine storage facility to store a large amount of old wine and she even archived it cataloged it for me. These ladies were fabulous! Amazing! Life savers! We had a major mix up with our moving company, and they showed up unprepared to pack anything!! I nearly had a heart attack, and my poor mother was in tears. Tony, the manager of the Bellevue Stor-House, recommended I give Laurie and Tracy a call. They must have heard the desperation in my voice, because they managed to mobilize 2 ladies in next to no time. Within an hour and a half, they were at my house with all the supplies we needed, and ready to get down to work. They even helped us unpack it all at my new home! Tracy, Laurie, and all the folks at Seamless Moves are absolutely fabulous. I couldn't imagine how we would have ever handled a move, with 2 working parents, a toddler and 2 dogs, but these ladies made it look effortless, efficient and most of all fun. They were a joy to work with, and actually took stress out of the entire process. They helped us sort through 10+ years of living in the house, figuring out what to dump, what to donate, what to store and what to move. Best of all, they unpacked us and set us up in our temporary place, all with a mind toward ultimately completing the move once we land in our new home. Use at your own risk! These people are basically middlemen who coordinate your move. They will pack and unpack for you, but they hire out the loading, transport and unloading... reasonable business model. But they do not take responsibility for any damage caused by the moving company they contract out the actual move to, you have to take that up with the other contract company. When I asked how disputes over responsibility, their answer was maybe I would be happier with hiring a moving company. Poor answer, poor customer service, telling when they turn away business when posed a legitimate question.”

I have used Seamless Moves three times. It's hard to put a price on how much peace of mind they give me during my moves. They arrive in the morning with all the boxes and packing paper and you walk them through what you want done and they get right to work. Because they do this full-time, they are experts at knowing how to pack all kinds of items. None of my items have ever been broken when they pack them. They are very cheerful and when they arrive, I can almost feel a deep sigh coming out of my mouth because I know they will be handling everything. During one move, we were not able to be there at the end when the movers were loading and they managed that for us as well. This move we are going to a new city and I have not been able to find anyone of their caliber. We are hiring And organizing company but they will only send 2 people and usually Seamless Moves sends out three or four women which makes everything go so much more quickly.”

She helped us out with our move, coordinated all of it, scheduled the movers, packed, managed the movers, unpacked, and kept me company the whole time. The unpacking was invaluable, as there is no way I could have gotten it done while sick. In one day, everything was put away and we were able to park the cars in our garage! Use Seamless Mcoves - you won't be disappointed. Notes: You do contract directly with the mover, but it's no big deal. The use vetted professionals, and our movers were also amazing. They are great at packing, organizing, and helping you put away everything. If you want your move done right and quickly - Laurie and her team are excellent.”
