Did a good not great job. Two hours late to start and the driver refused to listen when I told him his truck was too small...after 6 hours of loading they called for the second truck! The movers were personable, tried hard to do good work and I was satisfied with their performance. I would suggest to management that they emphasize to drivers to have a ground guide when they back-up the truck. This driver ran into the power lines and came close to tearing the service pole off the house...he stopped only as I was screaming for him to stop...none of the crew were watching. In spite of the late start, near power service disaster and all, I would still use them again...they did well on hauling, unpacking, rearranging furniture a second time and the company reimburses me quickly for a broken ceiling fixture and an oddly damaged chair. Yes, I still recommend them.”

This place has horrible service. A lot of my belongings were mislabeled or have a generic label of the size of the box and no content description. My belongings arrived damaged and when damages caused by the packers were pointed out, they wrote in the damage but did not indicate that it was caused by them. They took no care in loading my belongings as apparent from the damage at delivery. The packers were heavy smokers and my house smelled of smoke for days after they left. I recommend using another service if available.”

Horrible! Damaged items and I even paid for the insurance. You have to be so specific to receive any compensation. Gas grill shipped on top of our wash machine. The Washing the machine was damaged really bad! Too many issues to name here... Packing took twice the amount of time that they said it would take. Wish I didn't buy the insurance. The move was so horrible, why would I want any representative from Sandhills Moving and Storage back in my house???”
