Quoted me $350, charged me $550 + on a move that they took their sweet time completing. I moved everything into a storage unit in 1.5 hours by myself. They took 3 hours with 3 guys to move my stuff 15 minutes away. The movers argued with each other, were unprofessional, and so was Victor. We documented more than 20 marks, scuffs and handprints on the walls and CEILING of our stairwell. Apartment was literally brand new before Victor and his team got there.”

I called rush hour moving for an estimate and they showed up on time and made the process very easy. They were significantly less expensive then a few other local movers, including needing overnight storage. On moving day they showed up slightly early (Victor called and made sure it was ok first) and got right to work. These guys definitely dont play around. They had my entire house empty within 3 hours and took extra care of my belongings. Even after letting them know the important things were loaded, they still made sure everything was wrapped and packaged up with care. One of the workers said "It doesnt matter if it's not that important, we like to treat your things like we are moving our family." After the overnight hold, Victor called when he said he would and made sure we were settling in at the new house. He said he would be at the new house at a certain time, and he pulled in the driveway EXACTLY when he said he would be there. Just like the day before, these guys didnt mess around and got right to it. They left the house in better condition than they found it and all my items were in perfect shape. Rush Hour moving did such a good job, I will be hiring them again to move a delicate and priceless antique grandfather clock in the near future. I wish I could give more stars, they definitely earned them and will be recommending them to anyone that needs a moving company. To the guys at Rush Hour, thank you for everything. Moved less then 5 miles. Damaged furniture then denied it. When showed photos claimed it was "ikea" brand (it isn't). Damaged the walls, the ceiling of our new place. The rugs they got filthy I have to pay a professional rug cleaner to come clean. Was it raining? Yes. Should a professional company have things in place so your house isn't filthy because of them? Yes. I have never seen movers move slower in my life. Totally milking the clock )which makes sense seeing as the quote was off...by 550 dollars! Caught the "workers" sitting on our furniture, standing and chatting in our kitchen, smoking/vaping outside. They were talking about things so inappropriate I was glad my children were not home. They were caught so many times doing nothing that they jumped when my boyfriend or I walked into the room. They are unprofessional, slow, damaging, and rude. Do not use them! Do better homework then we did! OHHHH and they didn't follow Covid protocol. No masks, no hand washing, no temp taking. (I know the hand washing b/c our powder room several used didn't have soap as I packed it and they used it!)”
