My cross-country moving service royally screwed me, and I found out less than 24 hours ahead of delivery that I would have to meet a 16-wheeler at a truck stop 30 minutes away to get my stuff. I called multiple movers, and I couldn't find anyone to help. Local trucks were totally booked. Styhl, and his team of Tarell and Stefan (sorry if I'm misspelling names here), agreed to help me last-minute. They didn't even price gouge me! Not only were they on time, but they actually managed to completely move me in under an hour. They were efficient, professional, kind, and I can't believe I'm saying this about movers, but incredibly empathetic. If I didn't have them, I'd be living at a truck stop with my stuff. A friend of mine used Room 2 room and referred me to Braxton. He came to see our house to provide me with a quote. He was very professional and courteous. 3 men (Kyle, Azela, and John) moved 6 plus prepacked boxes and two bedrooms, living room, and kitchen furniture out of our house in a little over 2 hours. They kept our belongings in their truck overnight and moved them to our condo on the 2nd floor on the next day. The moving-in to the condo required more logistics, as two glass entrance doors and the elevator slowed them down. Everything went smoothly in time, though. Nothing was damaged. These young men are very hardworking and polite. Their fee is reasonable. I highly recommend their service!”

Kyle and his crew (Nick and ?) were efficient, kind, and got things done quickly. They worked together well and were just wonderful to work with. It was a hard move for me - items had to go to different places so there was a lot of coordination. Kyle was very easy to work with and respected the last minute changes without hesitation.
