The one man who assisted the driver in FL was excellent but the driver was lazy and didn’t even bring a dolly or cart. Reconsider before hiring the WORST MOVING COMPANY in Connecticut. Keep in mind that this was a military HHG move. The long story short version is they show up 3 hours late from when the original appointment was made and started complaining immediately. They then feel free to invite a second moving truck over without warning and offload 3 more "employees". One of them storms up to my restroom without permission and leaves it absolutely disgusting, pubic hair and a strange orange residue all over my toilet seat. I found this but they had already left leaving one of their guys behind. Later in the day I then see him walk out with a beer from my fridge, drinks it, and throws it away. Considering the safety of my wife and son I call the manager to have him removed. He seemed to try to work with me, but it was a hassle to actually come out to my residence to have the "employee" removed. I had to threaten that I would have local PD escort him off the property. Finishing at 9 p.m. (mind you started at 1 p.m. with an estimated total pack time of 5 hours due to minimal goods in house) After the chaos they called me back to sign the final papers and my house smelled like marijuana. Fed up with everything I sign as quickly as I can and get them out of there. Live plants and flowers that were going to be gifted to my neighbors WERE PACKED, WHILE GUIDELINES CLEARLY STATE THAT THEY WERE NOT TO BE PACKED. They did manage to leave my window unit a/c, a bunch of cooking utensils, and a bunch of their packing supplies behind. STAY AWAY FROM ROGOVIN MOVING & STORAGE. READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND THEN DECIDE FOR YOURSELF. I did not take any of the reviews seriously until I experienced it firsthand.”

I chose this company because they were supposed to be professional. They not only stole two of my laptops but all of my fishing gear along with a box containing expensive oils and vinegars and a full bottle of vodka. DO NOT USE this company! I called to complain and was told I’d be hearing from the supervisor. I never did. Shame on them! They make you sign a release saying everything has been delivered before you unpack it. Very Unprofessional company.”

They overpromise and under deliver. Also, they are dishonest. I inquired about getting in touch with the driver and was told that they are not allowed to contact the driver during rest time. The driver called me 12 days after they picked up my items to let me know he’s just leaving CT to drive to NC. I was told previously that the driver was already on his way. If they were honest with me about scheduling, I would have rented a Uhaul and paid someone to drive my stuff to NC. I am very disappointed because they seemed so willing and ready to work with you and your schedule in the beginning. Once you sign the contract, you are at their mercy and no consideration for your time once they get paid.”
