EDIT: the apartment complex made a mistake and said they did not return the key fob but they just didn't check it in. This company was very punctual and easy to work with! Shame on me for not realizing how these apartment companies try to nickel and dime everyone these days. Original review: I had a great move experience with them unfortunately they never returned the key fob to my building nor have they responded to any communication I have sent them. That makes me question the honesty of this company. Also, I did not receive a receipt..”

DO NOT USE ROBERT RILEY MOVING COMPANY!!! They are the worst movers on this planet!!! They DO NOT wrap your furniture or anything in your household. We provided blankets and wrap & didn't use it at all. We also hired him to load boxes and they packed garbage in empty boxes that were in a pile of trash to go to the dump. If you want to waste your money then hire this "so called" moving company. You are better off paying someone else to do your move. HE DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE to cover the damage he did to our furniture. Said he did but never came through. We have left several messages for him and have been unanswered since September 4th, 2019. He is more interested in promoting "so called" clothing line. WARNING!!!!! DO NOT USE OR YOU WILL LOSE!!!”

This company recently moved me from my apartment to my townhouse, 5 miles away. The two-man crew I requested worked well for my 1 bedroom apartment, and they were able to get everything done in the original time requested (2 hrs). The price was great for the service. The movers were very courteous, asking me for specific details to ensure the move went the way I wanted. I appreciated that. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because there was a couple of scratches in my tv stand, but I understand that it was quite difficult to move given its length and size. However, Robert, the owner, was very accommodating and understanding when I sent him pictures of the furniture. I do recommended using them, especially if it's a quick move. They were professional, and as long as they continue to use effective communication, I think this company can continue to expand.”
