“ I can't get any one to call me back on where my stuff is and when its gonna be delivered. It was supposed to be delivered April 9, it hasn't even been put on a truck yet, and worse nobody can tell me when its going to be put on a truck. I have called every department. Talked to 3 different people in the sales team, left message with the dispatch department. Mike Miller will not return my emails or calls. I literally have NO CLUE when my entire life is gonna arrive. I called to explain I have important medication that I need in the truck. Still no one cares. I'm at a loss. I am clear across the country in California and my stuff is somewhere in Florida and I can't even get the company to tell me when its gonna arrive. They keep saying they don't know and that dispatch will call me. That was weeks ago. They have caused more stress than I have ever experienced in my entire life. The lack of communication is mind blowing. I don't know what to do at this point. I am 35 years old lived in 8 different cities. I have never experienced anything even remotely stressful as this.”

“ These guys are scam artists. My move was handled by these guys. They got the job from another broker new city moving who were a much bigger frauds than these guys. They were supposed to pick up my stuff on jan 19th. But I got a call that it will be jan20th. They said we will be there between 9 and 11am. They did not show up. I had to call me city customer support to see where these guys were and they said their window moved from 12 to 3. Guess what no show at 3. After multiple calls from me I was told they were on their way and driver will call me. They finally showed up at 5pm. Then they started loading and they said you will exceed storage by 20 cubic feet. So I had to pay extra for that. I clearly said that I wont be there in nj till jan 25th. I get an email saying erik will be my driver. I call him no answer. Then on jan 24th I get a call from another guy ricardo and says he is on his way to deliver. I said I'm not there till evening, which I clearly specified in contract. He said he will see what he can do. Then he calls me on 24th evening and says he is on his way. I wait and after 30 mins says he cannot since he could not load my stuff. He will deliver next week. I wait till 30th and call this guy and at this point road runner and new city had washed their hands off and the frauds charged me 110 dollars since they put my stuff in storage which I have disputed. Even after this they washed their hands off. Then on feb 5th after calling ricardo repeatedly he said a guy named Sean will reach out to you and your stuff will be delivered by feb 12th. I wait for his call and he calls me on Feb 9th and said he will come on 11th or 12th and guess what he charges me another 300 for redelivery fee. But atleast they delivered my stuff intact. The job is outsourced with no accountability. The loading guys and delivery guys were ok. Hence the one star. The company as such does not care once they get ur deposit and you are at the mercy of the drivers. Dont deal with them.”

SO I contracted with Roadrunner Moving and Storage. When the movers arrived at my house, they got to work packing everything up for me.
