Let me first start with the ONLY positive I have about this company. We rented our truck so we just needed two guys to load it. They did a great job loading. Other then that this company does bad business. I was told on the the quote would be $95/hr and the clock starts as soon as they leave their facility. Fair enough. The most important thing to note is the man/owner did NOT tell me there was a 4 hour minimum. My guys loaded the truck in an hour (16’ truck which was explained to the man on the phone). Average a half hour drive there and a half hour back for travel time it came to 2 hours of work and travel. That total would of been $190 plus other small fees like fuel charge and taxes. I agreed. What I wasn’t told until after the work was complete was there was a 4 HOUR MINIMUM. Never did the man on the phone explain this. Now my total was over $400 for an hours worth of work. I called and complained to the man and he said he explain this over the phone. INCORRECT! Never once did he mention of this. It wasn’t even in the contract! He had to type it in! He refused to change the prices and I was FORCED to sign at the much higher rate due to having to move that day. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Read this complaint before hiring!”

Do not be fooled by them!!! They are big cheaters and are not dependable. I saw their 4.8 review and book them 2 weeks prior to our move. They saw our house pictures on zillow and gave an estimate of 4 people 12 hour job to move everything for us and were charging us 185/hr. ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE, they call at 7.30 and say we are 2 people down and will come with 2 people, will load everything and may not be able to unload. We said okay. Then the 1 adult and a kid show in 1 truck at 9am and say we cannot move all of this stuff today! We need to leave the house for good today and they are standing there and saying they can't do it. The kid went down the stairs and said my back hurts and went back to truck and sat. The other guy does not even look like he is fit to move!!! They hover around for another hour doing nothing while I am trying to talk to the boss to make this work. And finally just leave without moving a single thing. They didn't come to move, they just came to bill us. They said they need 3 days to move. Below is the picture of the van that cams.”
