We used Rent-a-Vet movers and the up front service and follow up were prompt, courteous and professional. Unfortunately, on the day of the move it was a hot day and made things a little slower and apparently, slippery (we provided tons of drinks and made sure they stayed hydrated). One of the movers dropped our new washing machine onto our exterior concrete stairs and damaged it badly-it appears to be experiencing performance issues and not just cosmetic problems now. There was also an issue with heavy piece of furniture being slid down on the hardwood floor and it made a gouge. The movers sent photos of the damaged washing machine and then I was told to pay up front and that they would contact me about how they would handle the issue.”

Warren and his crew worked so hard to move my things from one side of the county to the other. What we thought would take 3 hours, actually took 6, but it was worth every penny. Warren made sure to call me and let me know that he and his crew were on the way. They were very professional during the loading and unloading. When there were questions, we all worked as a team to answer them. I had lots of things, so many thing; boxes, art works, furniture. There was one small handle that was broken in the move. Warren let his supervisor know, the supervisor came to my new place, not only provided two new handles, so that the handles would match, but also installed it, the next day.
