The movers used my truck space for their own use and I was charged for an extra truck. I even caught them smoking pot in my front yard!!! I do not recommend using this moving company! I had 2 issues with them during my move. First, the movers had left the glass shelf to my tv table on their truck. I realized it after they had left and called the ofc. number. I was told that the mover would return it to me the next day. Several days later, I had to go pick it up from a truck rental place they had used. Secondly, one of the movers stole $20 out of my son's wallet that was inside of an opened box. I didn't know this until my son returned home and told me his money was gone. I called their ofc. again to report what had happened. The female rep. apologized and said she would mail me a check for $20. It has been 4 weeks and still haven't received the check. I'm writing this review so others will know what you might face when using this moving company.”

This is a scam. DO NOT hire these movers. I wish I would have done my due diligence before hiring these people. They overcharged me and also broke my Tv during the move. I contacted the agency and literally the lady first pretended not to hear me and then hung up on me. I found my number was blocked the next day. These people are scammers. They do not have a real office if you go on their website. I literally paid $800 for a one bedroom local move and also had to get a new TV. Beware of these scammers!! Read the other reviews. All the 5 star reviews are posted by the company itself.”

HORRIBLE experience. They arrived and started wrapping the big furniture and bulky items. I told them my wooden bedroom furniture is pretty heavy and is very nice and asked them to be careful. Darnell told me, "Don't worry I am a professional. We won't damage your stuff." I tried to help carry small items to help out but was told not to touch anything that they would get it. I let them wrap the furniture and asked is there anything I can help with. He said, "Just get out the way." He also told me people usually already have the furniture ready. I thought that's strange since we already took the bed apart. We don't have blankets or anything to wrap it in that's why we hired movers and were told they would have everything (blankets/wrap). Once they finished wrapping with plastic wrap, I saw they left the bottom wooden legs of each bedroom piece exposed. I asked if they can cover it to make sure the bottom doesn't get scratched. Darnell yelled at me and told me to get off his truck that I am not allowed. Then he went inside to tell my boyfriend that he "needs to get me" before he unloads all of our stuff in the front yard and leaves. At this point I was wondering what kind of company did we hire and it seemed like a joke when the Budget truck pulled into our driveway. We then debated what should we do. On one hand we had to move that day we couldn't just have them unload everything and leave. Also, we considered calling the office to complain but felt that Darnell and the other worker were going to retaliate and damage our stuff in the process intentionally. We decided to proceed and avoided coming into contact with them. After about 25-30 minutes of standing in our kitchen waiting we began to wonder where they went. We looked at the time and it's only been an hour since they originally arrived and all of this happened. They were sitting in the truck smoking. We began to get really impatient since after he said that they just disappeared for almost a half an hour! We avoided each other until we got to our storage over 3 hours later. The guys seemed to move slower and take their time on purpose. It then started raining and they asked me what I wanted to do. I told them we need to get the stuff so if we get everything right by the door and wait until we can load it that would be ideal. They started carrying the treadmill and almost dropped it. They told me treadmills are supposed to have a lock to stay in the folded position. I don't know anything about treadmills so I told him I am not sure why there isn't one if it's supposed to be there. Once we got to the house, they unloaded also slow. At this point we were 5+ hours in. They dropped the treadmill (they forgot it doesn't lock) but this time damaged both sides of the wall in the upstairs hallway of our bran new house. We were so done and just wanted them to leave. They called a lady and put her on speakerphone while we are all standing in the middle of our living room. We stood there on their phone being asked how everything went. My boyfriend lied and said fine because he wanted them gone. We paid and they left. Since then we have called the office and told them everything that happened. Left messaged with numerous people - Ashley, Dana, Jessica?, Mary and no one will call us back. They told us we should have said something that day. Well it's hard to when you are worried these people will damage all of your stuff. What we went through was unbelievable. Paid for over 6 hours and now need to touch up our furniture and the wall. We wish we read the reviews more before we hired this company. AVOID IF POSSIBLE. Also we had to CashApp the payment and did not receive a receipt. This was the worst move we have ever had.”

Beware of HIDDEN fees. I was charged 3 hours for a 1 hour job. This was in no way disclosed prior to the movers' arrival. The actual movers were great! The company is atrocious. They mixed up the time of our move in, were very difficult to contact to figure out why no one had arrived, and charged us for a minimum of hours that was NOT discussed when we originally booked them. They (the company rep...again, NONE of this was the fault of the actual movers) claimed that they did not realize it would go so quickly, but I had an in-depth conversation with them up front to let them know exactly how much we needed to move and that it would not be a large job. I was still charged hundreds of dollars more than it should have cost. Extremely displeased and EXTREMELY overcharged.”
