Used them twice , first time there wasn't any problems. 2 years later used them again. One guy came in and got very smart with my husband over a issue. After that they worked slow, was rude , and not very careful with the furniture. At time to pay amount was ridiculous, we were charged 2 years prior 1200 for a 2099sq ft house. We had downsized most of our furniture and was going into a 1000sq ft house. When I questioned why so much and why moving hrs were doubled, the guy said Just the way it is! Many items were broken, when I called the owner he more or less said too bad! Would never use them again and tell anyone who is considering them , LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!”

Bill first moved me in 1996, then again in 1997. In 2002 they moved my parents into storage and then to their new house. in 2004, they moved me from my condo into a townhouse. In 2009, they moved my fiance into storage. In 2010, they moved us into our home. It was a two weekend job as we were moving out of a large storage unit and townhouse into a house. In 2011, I was home after shoulder surgery and realized the reason why the house "wasn't working" was because the furniture was all in the wrong place for how we used the house. So I called again and explained that I really didn't need the truck, I needed the guys. So they came and moved all the furniture for me. In the meantime I have recommended them to numerous family members, co workers and "former" neighbors. I have never had one complaint. The first time Bill moved me, he was also delivering for Stern's (what a great store. I miss them. ;-/). He said he would be there at 8AM. Right on time, he was walking up the steps. Every time they have moved me, they have been right on time. So what is this now? 8 times? that is just me and my immediate family. That is pretty amazing! Bill and Quality Moving run a professional, punctual and solid operation. I was going to say quality operation, but that seemed silly. No, I am not family, but I have always been impressed with his team - through the years.”

Pretty disappointed on how our move went, appraiser severely underestimated our property for an out of state move which in turn caused us to leave about 40-50 boxes in storage. The quote we received to bring the remaining items was way high for a mistake on their end. We now have the extra expense of flying to our home state and renting a uhaul truck to bring our remaining items to our new home. The movers themselves were great, polite, on time and friendly.”
