So stay tuned because I do believe in second chances. * Update: Second Move was a Storage Unit Clean Out from one destination to another. Arrived within the specified time frame, removed all boxes/items and swept the unit within an hour. The longest part was waiting because it took almost 5 hours due to traffic apparently. Once they arrived, they placed the items in the garage in a neat orderly stack which I am grateful for so we can maneuver in the garage. All the movers worked diligently and were courteous so on this move I am satisfied. On to the next move in Jan/Feb but distance moving is still up in the air. So just be cautious with movers period because you never know if you're going to get hard working movers or not.”

“ the day of experience was great! i moved a little over 2 weeks ago. daniel and valele were polite, professional, quick and had a good attitude! they wrapped my fridge, mattress and some other items tightly and thoroughly. they knew what they were doing and i was able to take a break during the 3 hours that daniel and valele were working hard, i didn't have to lift a finger. during the middle of the move they broke out into a russian song (i'm pretty sure it was russian) and it was quite charming. honestly, i was not expecting a great experience since the first contact (the phone call) was not great. the guy taking down my info sounded like he'd much rather be doing something else and got a couple of details wrong in the confirmation email. so i had to email them back to make sure they got the details right. but luckily daniel and valele were awesome and the moving day experience was a dream. i moved on a monday so i got the great low rate of $85/hr (paid by cash)”

For my move-- I accidentally booked the wrong weekend. So when I called to check on the crew, they told me they would see what they could do. “ This is my second time hiring Pure Moving. Last time, the movers arrived late but I was given a small but thoughtful discount to make up for it. This time around, they were on time. Both times the movers were efficient, professional, and careful. They're responsive and I was able to book only 4 days in advance. They're also very accommodating and able to deal with narrow streets, difficult parking, small doorways, and stairs. I had a fully furnished 1 bedroom with a sectional, large lamp, several drawer units, desk, and bed which they disassembled and reassembled. I only moved 2 miles but with all the stuff I had they completed the move in under 4 hours with no time wasted. The rates are competitive and all inclusive, and their policies are all standard for the industry (like the 3 hr minimum and double drive time).”

“ Nothing but good things to say about Pure Moving. On short notice we hired them to move our small apartment about 5 miles. Their bid process was simple and they were very good at constant communications. When moving day arrived their two movers (Max and Roman) where courteous and efficient - wearing their Pure uniform shirts. The leader explained the process and cost and had me sign off. They set about wrapping and protecting the furniture and were expeditious but careful. I was also loading some personal effects in my car and we had some fun back and forth banter. I really liked both of them. They arrived at the new location and showed the same efficiency and care for my belongings. They reassembled our dining table and bedroom set with care. After tidying up they presented their bill which I was happy to pay along with a handsome tip. They did not waste any time which was important because I was paying an hourly rate. “ I have used Pure Moving Company twice now. From beginning to end, they are efficient, courteous, and careful. I would not hesitate to contact them again when I move. My first move was from Orange County to Sonoma County. They picked up in the morning. I was already gone, so my wife had to meet them. It was a breeze. Initially, they said they would be there the next morning. They called me late in the afternoon and asked if they could deliver that day. I agreed, and they showed up an unloaded my stuff quickly. Everything was carefully packed and nothing was damaged. Second time I used Pure I was moving back down from Sonoma County to Orange County. I was a bit nervous because Pure is based in LA County, and Sonoma County is pretty far. Not to worry! The guys showed up right on time and even texted me when they were close. Again, they packed everything up very efficiently and even helped me load my car with a couple items they could not take due to regulations. I told them they could deliver that evening if they were there by 8:00. Sure enough, they texted me at about 7:00 and said they were close. They unpacked my stuff, hauled away the packing material, and got out of there within an hour. Super efficient, great customer service, reasonable prices. Highly recommended for moves within California.”

From the initial booking via phone to the final hour of unpacking, we were pleased with the services. We've moved before but never needed movers until now. There is a a three hour minimum. “ Look no further! This is the moving company to call. These guys will take all the stress out of moving. They were thorough and professional. Every piece of furniture was meticulously wrapped in blankets and plastic. They were quick and efficient, while still being very attentive and careful. If you're worried about it being over-priced or that they are going to count up every box or piece of tape they used, don't worry. These guys are over-the-top with customer service and making sure the customer is happy. I felt the move was very reasonably priced. I booked my move a couple of weeks in advance but had to change the date and time several times. My building also has a strict moving policy and medium sized elevator. No problem. They accommodated my changes and special requests very easily. The team arrived on time and were accessible via text that morning. I had a range of furniture that included a marble table top, Steelcase desk, and leather couch, all handled with the utmost care. All my plants were carefully placed in boxes. I was really impressed with the process. To top it off, the office followed up with a phone call the next day to check on my experience. This was the best moving experience. They wrapped all the furniture very well (couch, bar chairs, and coffee table). The drive to my new place was quick and the move in, which required use of the elevator, took around 2 hours. They were smart movers and loaded up the elevator with my stuff and then unloaded it on my floor. This was super efficient. Also one mover expertly used two hand trucks dollies at once, which made things go quickly. They also moved furniture and boxes to the proper rooms. Johnny was the main mover I conversed with and he was really great. Tip: Use cash and the Yelp promotion to get the lowest price!”

“ I have used these guys twice now. Once back in 2018 and then again Today. Both times, they were perfect. Easy to book, they have very simple and straight forward billing system. The pricing for me, three hours $297. Considering they pack whatever you're taking FOR you and help unpack if needed! (I didn't have tons of things so my cost was pretty inexpensive). But even if it cost more, it would still be worth it. NOTHING was broken or damaged 🙂 They were on time. They weren't on their phones and didn't drag out the time. I had a large flat screen but no proper packaging - they weren't initially going to take it. Easy process - rec'd a quote online and got a call to confirm. Signed an agreement after the gentlemen did a walk-thru of the items that needed to be moved.
