They pretty much had my entire house packed before I could get my clothes in the (PROVIDED!!!) wardrobe boxes...well actually they did because they ended up helping me. I was so pleased to use Priority Moving to help unload our Uhaul due to their 5 star rating and timely communication & professionalism with Josh the owner. I specifically went with them even though they cost more than others but chose them due to these reasons. The ONLY reason why I'm giving them a three star is ENTIRELY because of the MAIN MOVER (the other mover was fine) the day of service. They did arrive on time and I had to pay for at least 3 hrs. minimum due to being a Saturday, which I was totally fine about. I also had zero problem with both of the movers efficiency. Here's what I did have a problem with. The main mover had a snarky ass attitude the entire time! Here is what I did not appreciate.... I specifically said I am only concerned with them moving all the heavy items out of Uhaul into the storage unit within the 3 hrs even if its not all done (wasn't worried about boxes). We also had multiple family boxes that needed to be sorted before putting into the two units as we needed to access them at different times. Of course he didn't listen and put items/boxes randomly into units and when I had him take out, he made snarky comments on how if we want everything into units then there isn't time to sort. (It wasn't like I was going thru them) He made me feel like I had to apologize for the inconvenience the entire time! When I "jokingly" said women are high maintenance he made a snarky comment, "not mine" walking away. He also proceeded to let me know that my kids should deal with their own stuff and our packing was horrible and he rushed me the entire time! By the end of the unloading he was practically throwing our stuff wherever. What really pissed me off is that they were finished 45 minutes early! Seriously?!!!! Mistake 1... this punk kid needs to learn to listen to what the customer wants and not make snarky judging comments Mistake 2... he made us feel like we were a burden even though we were paying him for his time and he was obviously rushing so he could be done early. Mistake 3... Regardless of what stuff we have, how we want it stored or how badly packed the boxes are, he couldn't remain professional and keep his mouth shut. For the jerk snarky comments he made about my kids ... if I ever heard them talk back to others (especially paying clients) like he did, I would slap them upside down! Sorry Priority that you have such an unprofessional employee that doesn't know his place. He could definitely use training on good customer service. Was he hard working... yes, but I would never use him again for any of my future moves as he definitely does not have common respect for customers or the maturity to know when to be quiet.”

Due to some last minute issues with the house I was moving into, I had to cancel on different movers the day of my move and try to reschedule for the next day. They weren't available so I called priority. They were able to get me in the next day. The quote they gave me was on par with other companies I called. They said they would arrive between 4 and 7. They arrived at 5. Nathan and brandon started right away, worked fast and were friendly enough. I understood they were movers and not in it for customer service so I wasnt offended by the standoffish attitude. And I didnt blame them. I still had a lot of loose items that they packed into a box they provided. I moved from a 690 sq ft apartment on the second floor(including heavy items from a garage) to a house about 10 miles away. Including driving times the entire move took 3 hours.”

Alex A. and Chris showed arrived at my storage facility ahead of schedule and gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival so I had time to meet them there. They quickly transferred my belongings from the unit into their van and then delivered them to my apartment. This whole process took a lot less time than I anticipated. Both Alex and Chris were extremely trustworthy and dependable and I felt very comfortable leaving them both at the storage facility and in my new apartment as i went out to run errands as they worked. I was so impressed and delighted by Priority Moving Services. After a less-than-ideal experience with another moving company that left our apartment in disarray with lots of stuff left over to pack, I was pretty nervous, but these guys were incredible. They showed up promptly, and after I gave them a quick tour, they got to work packing things into boxes. They did everything so quickly and efficiently, it seemed like magic - I think it's a testament to the extent of their knowledge and experience, and their amazing teamwork (not to mention physical strength!). I even told them to ignore certain things because I was concerned it was too much trouble, like a pantry cabinet full of canned and boxed food, but it was no sweat to them - they picked it up, wrapped it in packing wrap, and carted it off. They were so kind and polite, too, and very respectful of our belongings. It was great to see how well they handled things. Our stuff was going to a storage locker which was already pretty full, but they made it work in no time at all. I didn't even have to walk them through the somewhat confusing process of accessing the building/elevator and unlocking the storage unit, though I would've been glad to - they knew how it all worked and I didn't have to lift a finger. They also were very patient with me while I drove to the bank to withdraw cash to pay them, since my card wasn't working. (quick tip: there's a 10% discount for cash payments!) After an extremely stressful few weeks trying to pack up and move in a rush, and some very expensive and discouraging setbacks, it was such a relief to work with such competent and easygoing professionals. I wish I caught the names of the two guys in the crew - I cannot thank them enough, and I highly recommend Priority Moving Services to anyone who needs the job done right!”

They were friendly, professional, careful, and efficient. The second day, the same 3 person crew came to load the truck with what was previously packed, the furniture, and other items (i.e. bbq grill, bikes, etc). They skillfully took apart a big sectional in order to get it out of the basement (and reassembled it at the destination on the second floor). This is our third time using Priority Moving Services and we've been so pleased each time. Josh is timely in his communication, very friendly and helpful. Branden and Giovanny were on time, extremely respectful and very efficient. They blasted through our 1 bedroom apartment and nearly full garage and was done with the whole job in about 4 hours. Two things I would suggest to make everything go smoothly. 1) Make sure you have every thing packed securely into boxes. Even large or bulky items, it is worth it to take the extra time to have it packed so the guys can just slide it onto their hand truck and not waste time moving individual pieces up and down the stairs. We ended up having a couple extra van loads of stuff because we weren't completely ready, and because some of our bigger or awkwardly shaped items got left behind. When Josh became aware that we were still working to move stuff he volunteered to send the crew back around and get the items they had missed. This was very appreciated but ended up not being needed as we finished up for the day and had already moved the stuff. 2) Make sure the boxes are well marked where you want them to end up, and take the extra few minutes to check that they go into the right rooms. I did a quick walk through and was happy with the job the guys did, but when it came time to unpack I found marked boxes in mismatched rooms. I am 100% confident they would have moved these for me, if asked, so it is definitely worth it to make sure everything is left where you want it before they leave. In this crazy world it is hard to know who to trust, everything you own is in their hands. Moving is stressful enough already. Do yourself a favor, hire Priority Moving and let them take some of that stress off your plate.”

We used Priority Moving last week and were very impressed. Four young guys showed up with a large truck. I went through the house and showed them the items I wanted moved and they got to work. They were quick and it was amazing to watch them move our heavy furniture from the second level to the truck. After they got to the new house they quickly got the furniture out of the truck and put it into the various rooms. The guys were strong and had a great "what can we do to make your move easier on you". They were so quick we ended up having them move additional items that we had planned to move ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Including taking off doors when necessary to get large refrigerator thru the door. If you need help moving I would highly recommend them. Josh answered all questions and addressed any concerns I had before my scheduled move and was extremely professional in doing so. Further, on the day of my move, Noah and Brandon did a fantastic job.
