I set up a date to move almost a month in advance when the day came they Lamar said he would be at me place between 3-4. He said that he would call me when they were 20 minutes out. They never called or texted. It got to be 3:50 and I texted and at 4:00 I called, he said that they were running behind and that he would be there within the next couple hours. 2 hours pass and I call and text again in which he says that he will be there in 30 minutes. Another 2 hours pass so I call and text again and he starts to ignore my calls and not reposting to any texts. At 9 o’clock we decided to try and pack up my stuff and move it myself. I never revived a call or message from them to follow up. I would have understood being behind and taking longer if there was any communication but there was none and he become rude and never tried to reach out about not showing up at all. This was very upsetting after all reading all the good reviews about the company but I mean it was supposed to be cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. If I could give them no stars I would.”

Matt was out front loading everything up a couple hours later. He didn't waste anytime, got right to it, collected the cash and was gone. A really nice guy, probably could have easily spent time just standing and yapping with him. Pleasant to talk to and cost was good for what was needing done. We needed a refrigerator that we had purchased and were going to have delivered from Home Depot moved in through a window instead of a door as Home Depot’s delivery company will not move an appliance through a window. Called about a week and a half ahead of the move date. Spoke to Lamar and gave him all the details including weight, size and that it needed to come in through a window and that it was a time sensitive move. He said it was no problem and quoted a very low price, so I thought sounds great. Called again two days before to make sure we were still on. He still had no questions or concerns and said he would be there. The day of I called again, he says to text him the address and photos of entry point. At this point, when I have a 300 pound refrigerator in front of my house he decides to finally communicate to tell me they cannot do the move due to insurance issues. Why in the world didn’t he ask for the pictures or address to see the situation before that moment? Extremely poor communication. Left us in a terrible position of scrambling to call friends for help. Which we could not get organized quickly enough. Also didn’t want to ask friends, that’s why I called a moving company, and ultimately had to cancel the order and return the fridge. Very disappointed. This could have been avoided with a bit of communication.”

They needed the cap to put over the end, but didn't have one so they just let my water shut off.
