Jeff was great to work with during this move! He did a full pack out and local move a couple of weeks ago. Pre-move: Jeff gave me a really good quote. His time estimation for the move was accurate. He asked questions to make sure I didn't leave out any items that would add moving time. I had to reschedule the move due to the closing date changing on my new home. He was extremely accommodating working with the new date. All this with an eye towards keeping costs down and doing a good pack out. Moving Day: Jeff was prompt, reliable, and professional. Jeff and his crew were cared for packing my item. Asked me about labeling and different rooms during the walkthrough to make placing boxes and furniture easier at the new house. They met their estimated timeframe for pack out and loading. Unload: Jeff worked to accommodate my requested unload date after the change. Large items were placed and unwrapped showing no damage. Furniture was assembled with care (no stripped screws!) and boxes were placed in the appropriate rooms. Post-move: We have unpacked/unboxed 90% of our things and not one thing was broken, damaged, or missing. The labels were much appreciated during packing. This allowed us to unpack the necessities first. Special note: The boxes we needed on the first night were specifically labeled to save the hassle of where are the bed pillows!! Jeff did an excellent job, during a pandemic, getting us into our new home safely with our stuff”

They unloaded my moving pod and moved all my things to my new home in what has to be record time, with smiles and fun! There was a small confusion at the end, where I thought I'd lost a box; Jeff drove back to the loading dock to check, checked (and re-checked) his truck, and was right there with me until I found it (safely in my apartment--it had been a long week, don't judge!). Jeff was great about staying in touch before the move date (I had booked them almost 2 months in advance) and showed up right on time the day of. I scheduled a move with Jeff the owner about five days in advance, and I had to move during winter break from work. I needed to put half of my things in storage and the other half would go to the new apartment, which I did not even find until three days before the scheduled move. Jeff's crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were careful with my things including a very heavy heirloom piano. The first move took four men six hours, including two locations, including travel time and their standard moving insurance and costed approximately $1450. Twenty-four hours after moving in I realized my new apartment was infested with mold and it made me sick. I am deathly allergic to mold and needed to move again ASAP. I called Jeff, and he put me on the schedule for 48 hours from then, even though he had another move to do that day. The second move went much tougher than the first, and still the men worked hard and got the job done. This second move was about 26 miles away, and it costed approximately $1150. I am so grateful to Jeff, the foreman Sam, and all the gentlemen for helping me out of an incredibly stressful and difficult situation not only once, but twice within 72 hours with less than a week's notice over the Winter Holiday. They were AMAZING! I would highly recommend these professionals to anyone, and they will be at the top of my list for my moving needs from now on.”
