I don’t even know where to begin with this company, we have had problems with them from the very beginning. Unfortunately my elderly parents hired them without doing any research. They told my parents they did not need to see their house and they just gave him a lowball quote over the phone, when they showed up at 11 o’clock at night they said they needed to come back the next morning with another truck knowing that my parents needed to be out of the house that day. They showed up with a rented Penske truck that was not even theirs, they demanded a huge deposit upfront in cash only, and charged them thousands more. I could go on and on and on. My parents are moving cross country and the truck was supposed to arrive today calling them it has not even left Illinois yet. The guy on the phone said he did not know when their stuff will be arriving next week . They also said the driver will have to drive back to Illinois after they drop off their stuff in Las Vegas and get the second half of their stuff. We have contacted the attorney general. I feel so bad for my parents they trusted this company with 40 years worth of stuff in their house and they don’t even know if they are even going to get it . These people are scam artists and completely fraudulent!!!!!”

Then, loading off was a big chore with lots of steep stairs. But watching the guys hoist that couch up and through that window was a miracle to behold. It was a major mistake to use these people. They are brokers. They do not have their own trucks or workers. My mover showed up 6 hours late in a U-haul rental truck with no moving supplies. Said he stopped for the night and his regular truck was broken in to and all his stuff stolen and his trailer damaged. The local laborers he hired decided they didn't want to work for him so they demanded payment for their time and left so the driver started packing with what he had. He demanded half of the money up front in cash because is bank card was stolen and he didn't have any way to pay. He went and got more materials and hired new packers. During packing he decided that it would take more space than they estimated so my moving charge went up. Then they added a bulk item charge for my motorcycle even though that was on the initial inventory. By the time they got done my $7700 quote was over $12,000. Oh, they wanted me to send email them a copy of a check for 1/3 as a down payment. This company does not deal with any payment method that can be disputed. Everything in cash or check because once you start dealing with them you will refuse payment if they don't have you furniture to blackmail you with. Once we got to our destination our it took days to get someone on the phone to schedule a delivery. Our furniture showed up in a different truck with different movers at 6 pm the day of delivery. they again demanded cash before even starting to unload. I told them to come back the next day since this would be a very long process and they had no help. They showed up the next morning with help and I paid them and the started unloading. Piece after piece of my expensive, heavy furniture was damaged. Wheels broken off, scrapped, scratched, pieces broken off, inside walls just knocked out, holes punched through. My computer desk came out in pieces, totally destroyed. My big screen TV broken. When they turned the TV table over to set it up, coffee poured out of it. How the hell does that happen? Both front turn signals broken off my motorcycle. I complained, I yelled. They sent me to this shady, third party claim site and told me I could not file a review or complaint until the claim was complete or I would not get anything. Pretty shady. So my claim is complete and they offered my $85 on a $1500 claim so now I'm writing a review to warn anyone thinking of using this shady, underhanded, crooked company to spend a little more money and use a reputable established company because it's going to cost you more in the end.”

They did show up till 5pm (said they would be there at 8am) on the day I had to move and then when they did show up they said they were too tired from their first job and couldn't move me. After already taking my deposit and everything. I'm a single mom, would had paid for childcare and prorated rent to move that day. Very professional moving company that handled items with care, however there were HIDDEN FEES that I was not told about. The quote I got specifically said that there were no hidden fees. Firstly, my appointment was for 10:30-11 arrival, but they called me at 9am and said they were arriving at 9:30am. My wife and I were not ready and therefore the job took longer since there were still things unpacked. The main disturbance was that they charged an extra $100 per big glass item. I had a 63" TV and a dresser that has a big mirror, so I had to pay an EXTRA $200 which I was not told about at all and had no other choice because they were too big and heavy to fit in my car. It took an hour to get from my old place to the destination, but they arrived close to 1 1/2 hour later and charged me for the full 1 1/2 hour driving time. All in all I expected somewhere between $300-$500 and I ended up paying $837.50 not including tip! Definitely would recommend checking with them to understand all fees that aren't included in their "no hidden fees" quote. They are very professional and get the job done with no worries about damage. They get 3 stars for that reason. Bad taste in my mouth from this experience so I'm not sure if I can fully say I recommend their service”

These guys absolutely killed it. We moved from a 2 bed condo to a 3 bed house and we did our best to pack everything but some boxes more haphazardly than others. Doug and his crew were punctual, pleasant and energetic, tackling our furniture like it was their job (funny thing is that it is their job and they are great at it). Once we got to the new place, we found that our hallways were narrow and our door was just the tiniest bit too small for the couch. Did that stop them? No. They shifted, they pivoted, they got it all in exactly where we wanted and reassembled the furniture that needed it. He sent me Doug and Rob who were fast, friendly, and professional. All of my items were loaded onto the truck with care and arrived with no damage, including my 55" TV. Some of the reviews below mention hidden fees but it's all in the contract they send to you after the initial consultation, including extra fees for fragile/bulky items. They offered me the option of crating my TV for an extra fee or wrapping it in blankets and signing a liability waiver, so you have the ability to choose what works for you. They also give you 10 free wardrobe boxes to borrow free of charge! Doug and Rob wasted no time and delivered my items to my new apartment without a hitch. Highly recommend this efficient team to assist with any move.”

Sure, the booking the move was seamless and the movers were friendly but the actual move did not meet my expectations. Even though I booked weeks in advance and was confirmed for an early start - the movers still arrived right at the end of the appointment window. This of course threw off the entire move (the parking was no longer available, moving elevator not available, and there was additional traffic) and of course I was charged much more than the quote for what was an extremely SIMPLE move. To make matters worse, customers have to pay before the completion of the move based on "their estimate". I won't even share my thoughts on this but trust me, it's not positive. Bottom line - if you have a small move (studio), get a U-haul and just do it yourself. Save yourself some cash and anxiety.”
