Won't use them again. 1 bedroom unit 2 pieces had to be taken down the steps. The movers decided to milk to clock. It took them 5 hours to complete a move that should've been 3 hours top (Note I worked in this industry for years). 1 of the movers kept stopping to text on his phone from start to finish. I had to check on them multiple times as to why they were moving so slow. My family even helped them bring things to the truck. The drop off location was 3 minutes from the pick up location. Each location was easily accessible yet they found a way to take their time to get paid more.The phone customer was great but the actual movers were lazy and unprofessional on the phone. Things noticed damaged include a lazy boy 2 seat love seat couch, a lamp I ended up throwing out, a near new media storage cabinet, our dressers have dings and scratches. For $1k I feel this is an unacceptable amount of damage.”
