“ This company lies to earn your business. I specifically asked the sales person the following questions: Is it your truck and employees doing the move? Is the truck picking up our belongings and driving directly to our new house? How long will it take for our items to be delivered? Sadly they lied about ALL of these things. I figured we would end up paying more because it's hard to estimate over the phone, which we did by over $2k. However I never expected them to have lied about everything else. They farmed out the job to another company. That company put our stuff in storage. It was supposed to be delivered by July 3rd (10 days after pick up). It's now July 10th and I still have no idea when we will get our stuff. It's still sitting in a storage warehouse across the country. Lying to people to earn their business is unethical and I don't know how this company is still in business. Please don't trust anything they tell you.”

“ felt rushed and pressured to sign contract - wanted to read thoroughly first. Was not told final payment had to be cash or postal money order at delivery. Called Long Distance movers but actually got Patriot Moving Group. Also was not told that the pickup in one state would be a different carrier All over the State Moving and Storage and that the delivery in another state would be yet a third carrier Graebel Mover Company. So essentially I dealt with four different companies! At the delivery the movers had a very difficult time finding my furniture. It was NOT completely separated from other shipments like it was supposed to be. Even initially unloaded someone else's night stand. Relieved it's over.”

Patriot used GTS shipping out of Portland, OR and they won't even answer their phone. The only way Patriot can contact them is through e-mail. Very poor service from Patriot and GTS. Charges were way more than quoted on the phone.$1400 vs $2047.58. You need to have a charge for not delivering on promised date.”

“ I was told so many lies by this company! Unbelievable! When I hired them I asked how they could move me at such a good price, $3500. They said it was because they have many deliveries in one truck. They failed to mention that their "binding contract" means nothing. The drivers gave me a quote of $8500 and that was after I took items off. My inventory was exact. They don't call back when they say they will They give ridiculous excuses that they must have written down. They get mad at you when you try to explain. They say they are working on it and hang up. I was polite. When I did raise my voice in frustration, I immediately stopped and apologized. I did not scream or curse. They were rude, raised their voices and said they will call me when they figured things out. They also said I would not be getting anywhere near wat they overcharged me (over $4500) Still waiting on a call. I will update this review. If necessary I will contact an attorney to assist me.”

Went to bank and the $2300 for the move was reimbursed, but not the $200 for my car. Why the hell would I send my car when your company sent a bogus mover and we were delayed. I have given them an opportunity to give me my money, and 5 months and nothing. I will continue to blast this company until they give me ALL or my money.”
