I was storing some furniture for my mother. She hired this company to pick up her furniture and move it to her new house. One mover came inside the other did not. Items that should have been carried by 2 people were carelessly moved by one person. First thing he did was slam furniture into the wall. Leaving cracks in the plaster as well as gouges in my 92 year old wood trim by mishandling furniture. The mover asks to use my Bathroom and pisses all over the toilet and floor. Furniture was scraped across pavement instead of waiting for the other mover to help move it carefully. An antique chest that I asked for him to be careful with haphazardly put in a truck then pushed across the floor. At one point the mover who did not come into the house reminded the other mover to wear his mask. Mover proceeds to cough in another direction saying "RONA" "RONA". Completely unprofessional, and careless.”

Extremely disappointed with Palmer's moving standards, the rush they have put us on so that a driver can get to a Florida job, plus the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Cans were left throughout the house on wood furniture, child's crib was left flipped over, scratched and dented staircase ceiling, mattresses were left uncovered and bent, pictured and glass were on floor, paint was spilled, toilets were used all over without consent, clogged a toilet and did not tell us, trashed in house and on yard, packed bar mini fridge in a box, packed garage goods such as tools with bottle and cans of water, pop, etc. The list goes on and on. I've relocated 5+ times and this is the worst experience I've EVER had. More to come as we are just a bit over 50% complete. Update: 11/4/2020 - From bad to worse. Palmer had their driver continue to Florida and a 2nd crew came in to do the delivery. Items were shoved in the garage that did not belong there, furniture and beds were not assembled, bad frames are loose and you can see the pieces loose and bending the frame. There are hutches and cabinets that are not attached that pose an extreme danger to my 3 young kids. Shovels were brought in the house dirty. A complete basketball hoop, a portable spalding "the beast" is missing, storage shelves are put down in front of my garage unassembled. I'll post more pictures so people can see the service level. My move cost over $22k and this was a 2 hour move. Services have not been rendered that we paid for and I am extremely frustrated.”
