O’Neill and Sons were recommended to me by Westy’s along with another Greenwich mover. I called both - the contrast in styles was immediately evident. Patti O’Neill was easy to talk to and Chris O’Neill came out to see what needed to be moved and provided a professional estimate. The other mover asked me to fill out a questionnaire about my move and send it to him - a total lack of customer service! Over the past 9 months, the O’Neills have had to deal with multiple moves - two to Westy’s storage; one to/from a shop to deliver/pick-up a dollhouse and then crate It for travel; a day of final packing at my condo; and then two moves - one for what remained in my condo and a second one the same day, moving contents out of two storage lockers at Westy’s. In addition to some last minute scheduling issues I created. They delivered all of the contents to my new home In NC and completed the set up in 4 hours - unbelievably efficient and professional! Patti always gave me great suggestions on how to handle the logistics so that it was less stressful, especially for me. I have worked with several of their team because of the number of moves involved and everyone was courteous, helpful and ensured that I was satisfied with how they were handling everything. I would hire O’Neill & Sons without hesitation and will plan to arrange to use them for my next move in NC in the next year if at all possible.
