Just didn't want to risk damage to the new wood floors and stairs, and so I sent the delivery guys away and left the range in the garage. I called NW Speciality movers, and John's communication via text was fast. They set up the crane, showed up on time, coordinated the whole crane-over-the-house, range into the kitchen move, without a hitch. They not only did it; they removed the chain link fence that the previous owners didn't want to remove until they knew the hot tub could be taken out (we thought it might have to be crane lifted out from behind the house). Moving our hot tub was not going to be easy and we knew it. So much so that we originally found only one company recommended by a hot tub retailer that would take on the project. We also knew their bid was wayyyy too high but with little option we scheduled the move. They put it off because of weather, then they had too many employees with the flu. Started talking to John months before the move of my new custom aquarium. Very easy to schedule and even change due to a delay. All I needed was the tank to be moved from my garage, up 2 flights of stairs into the living room. Easy right... 622lbs worth of glass. These guys did it. I was hurting just watching them! Then they maneuvered it around a support post and placed it on the stand 3' high. Tank was fully intact not a scratch. Aside from a few drops of sweat, a job done well. They even helped me put the storm door back on that we had to take off. Both guys eager to help with any little tasks before and after. Couldn't get any better! I'll be calling these guys again, if I ever get a bigger tank..”
