The move was slow, took significant more time than my previous moves. Keep in mind they also charge from/to their Lynwood office so basically adding 1 more hour for Seattle main area. They also didn’t take good care of the furnitures (for example wrapping mattress, sofa covers like some other movers do). When the job finished, the movers went downstairs for almost 15 mins to “calculate the bill” and I had to go down to find them. All this time was being billed which doesn’t make sense to me. Also, during COVID only one person was wearing a mask although the owner said they would all wear masks.”

Do not trust these guy’s!!! They will over charge you!!! They told me that it was $106 for the first two hours and then $135 every 2 hours after! When all said and done they charged me $675 dollars for 5 hours then wanted a $100 tip! Basically saying it was $135 dollars every hour after the first two hours! I also never had a problem with any kind of crime where I lived until these guys moved my stuff! They entered my garage and loaded some items from the garage! They were the only ones who have ever been in my garage and saw what property I had in it. They commented on my mountain bikes and motorcycle! I told them I was moving them last! When I came back the very next day my garage was broken into and my two $1000.00 mountain bikes were gone! The lock to the garage had been broken and over $3,000.00 dollars worth of property was stolen! Too much of coincidence maybe?!?! If you hire these guys, make sure when they move you, that they take everything while your there and don’t leave anything behind for the next day!!! I was just shocked my motorcycle wasn’t taken!”

Charley (the owner) was extremely responsive and very positive. Of the five movers we got quotes from, he was the fastest and the most pleasant. Great customer service! He was prompt in arriving at the move site despite it being quite a distance from his office. He and Rudy did a great job moving and even worked with us on the price. They were consummate professionals. We also found a little damage on a couple of furniture pieces and a fragile piece packed not so securely, but the damage was superficial and we were able to repack the fragile item before departure. To be fair, there were a lot of things happening during the move and probably some confused instructions. We hired the guys to just move the heavy stuff, but they kept working past the original time agreement to make sure my fiancee's disabled mother's items were also packed and at no extra cost. Overall, they did a great job and I was very impressed. I would definitely hire them again.”

Called right at the beginnings of our time window and arrived 15 minutes later, masked up and with tons of supplies to make the move as smooth and quick as possible.
