Patrick is very up front and will let you know any limitations, such as moving during the heat as we did this past Saturday, but he left nothing as a surprise last minute, oh by the way issue. I used this company through U-haul/moving help. The day they came to load the truck was great. On time and got the job done. It wasn’t until the next morning I went to load a few last minute items I realized the disaster. My Expensive Christmas tree in its bag. Was upside down thrown over my bicycle handlebars. Barley hanging on. There were “Fragile Boxes” thrown upside down. DISREGARDING THE THIS SIDE UP. my $3000 refrigerator is scuffed and scratched. The top of my desk and dressers are scratched from not being covered. I had over 20 unused furniture pads. So I had the necessary items. Just a lack of effort. Unfortunately, I reviewed them through moving help before I saw the poor excuse of “Professional Packing”. I just hope no one else false victim to this company. I wouldn’t trust them to move trash, let along personal property.”

The owner is unprofessional and doesn’t finish the job. When we booked his service, he stated it would take 4-5 hour to pack our home into our rental trucks and stated we would settle up after the job was complete. We prepaid for 4 hours and had cash to pay for additional hours of service. After 4 hours our house was half packed. The owner became belligerent and demeaning. He left us with the rest of the house to pack on the truck ourselves. Do not trust this owner. Our glass pictures were not wrapped appropriately. Our sofas were dirty. We finally finished packing the house at 11pm. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If I could give zero stars I would. Try Miracle Movers!! Complete opposite experience. Addendum to the owners response: You most certainly came to my house. You are now an official liar and i will post the contract tomorrow. You are correct that you didn’t get paid because we complained to U-Haul. I hope you paid your help. They were very nice. If you’d like to continue to argue as you did in my home, in front of my wife, we will continue to post negative reviews.”
