They worked hard all day (9AM - 7PM) and were very courteous and helpful the whole time. They took care of our belongings, even remembering to be extra careful with Grandma's delicate items. Before setting our furniture down in our new home, they alerted us to the cobwebs and spider eggs beneath each piece so we could clean them, thus preventing a spider infestation. James, Lionel and John accomplished moving a stored upright grand piano into my residence. They arrived a bit behind the negotiated time, however, the move was accomplished with efficiency from there. Moving the piano out of storage was the easier part of the job. This was handled in a matter of minutes with absolutely no hitches. Getting the piano placed in the house was the arduous task at hand. The turns off the drive/garage entry are tight; the front entry has quite a high lift of stairs. Wood floors needed to be protected throughout. John examined his options and directed the crew. The three men worked well together. The decision was to tackle the tight turns. The piano was wrapped and re-positioned vertically on the dolly. Each turn (3) was carefully negotiated without incident. The piano was then successfully placed. The team worked effectively and efficiently throughout. I appreciate the expertise that they demonstrated. They were patient and pleasant. Thank you!”

Wayne and Luis were awesome! These guys are pros. We are traveling cross country using a pod storage container and so packing it strategically for the long trip (and 2+ months of storage) was super important. They packed up the pod perfectly and ratcheted down key items to make sure that nothing would shift or fall during transit. They worked fast and efficiently, but also very carefully (they wrapped delicate furniture to make sure they wouldn't scratch or rub). We have an antique upright piano as well and they did a great job wrapping that up and getting that safely moved in and secured in the pod, too! Thanks guys!”

Needed a baby grand moved from one house to ours, and a big treadmill moved here at Casa Newton to make room for the piano. Brian and DJ did it all, on time, on budget, and with humor. Your movers worked hard and fast but took no care whatsoever! They didn't wrap or protect anything and many pieces of my furniture were badly scratched. Below I posted a few pictures of the damage they caused. I witnessed them damage my bed by sliding the mattress box spring over the top of my wood foot board. I was standing right there. I don't believe he thought it was causing any damage. Again, the movers were nice guys and worked hard. The two movers were really nice guys and worked hard and fast however no care was taken not to damage or scratch anything. Nothing was wrapped in blankets. Nothing was protected. They should have wrapped all my furniture in blankets then in plastic wrap. Many items were scratched including a nightstand, my mattress was torn, sofa scratched, bed, etc. They are great movers if you don't care about minor scratches and damage to your furniture, but I would NOT recommend for anyone with nice furniture. Very inexpensive for the amount of work they did. However, I wish they have protected the items and just billed a couple more hours. They told me that the items would be wrapped at the truck as they took them out unprotected. I know that was NOT the case.”

I'm not sure if they think I'm stupid because I live in central Austin, but a $600-$650 quote to transport a 700lb gun safe 12 miles from a store to my garage is a joke. I called on the phone and said I was completely flexible: day time, weekend, etc. I explained that I would need it moved from the store up my drive way into our garage. The driveway had an incline (that I've had a dump truck reverse up on)...they asked for the address to look at the google street view and said ...."hmmmmm....you are looking at 6...650" I called two other places immediately after: $400 and $225.”
