I was REALLY worried about a few pieces of furniture that had sentimental value, but Mozart packed them carefully and got them to my new home without any damage. In fact, they didn't damage any of my stuff. They did an awesome job loading and unloading things quickly, and putting them exactly where I wanted them so I didn't have to move them again later. They even repacked a few boxes I'd apparently not done a very good job on before moving them. And they made sure to follow every COVID protocol — windows open, fans on, and me outside the house waiting for them to finish. And the price? REALLY low. Like, I was shocked at how inexpensive it was. My only complaint is that they didn't tell me about their 3% credit card surcharge until AFTER I'd signed up to use them.”

When it was delivered, the couch had to be hoisted up onto our 2nd floor balcony, and we were dreading what the removal of the couch would look like. We used Mozart for all of our past movings as we were very satisfied. This time, they were a bit off. It took us 5+ hours to move from a second floor unit to a first floor unit with 4 movers. My husband even borrowed a cart and moved things himself to expedite the process but still it took forever. Ok - we used their packing service but we did the exact same thing 2 years ago and it took us like 3-4 hours with only 3 movers. We probably should’ve just hired workers directly given we didn’t even need a truck - it was such a waste of money. Further, they left most boxes in our living room so it took us a while to relocate the boxes to the relevant rooms, and we didn’t even have a cart like them. So it was super inconvenient and made unpacking painful. Definitely the quality and service decreased in the past years.”

Before I chose the moving company, I read reviews and I think I trusted them too much. They were kind but not very efficient. I chose Mozart because many reviews mentioned affordable and efficient. Starting from the beginning, they came late. My schedule was between 11:30am to 2 pm and they arrived at 3:15pm with a late notice. I had to call several times to talk to the specialist but no response. After a long message, he finally got back to me that the movers were still in the previous schedule. I got that but it would be better to be notified when they know they will be late. My moving size was between the studio and one bed room and all my stuff was packed except big furniture like a wardrobe or book shelves. So it should be just load and unload. It took 3 hours 15 min so 4 hours in total with 45 min travel time. The drivers were kind and careful but I wouldn't recommend or choose Mozart anymore.”
