I have booked with moving relocation systems two times now, while living in New York. The first one was within my first house in Brooklyn NY and my second move was about 2 years later to Connecticut. I had a great experience both times so I decided leave them a review here. Booking the moves were pretty straight forward and easy both times. I emailed back and fourth with Dylan a few times to iron out all of the details and make sure all my questions were addressed. I shopped around for some estimates and these estimates were the cheapest both times. The crew showed up right on time. They introduced themselves and were friendly and easy to work with. The team worked hard until every item got unloaded. I bought water and some snacks for them throughout the day. They wouldn't even stop to drink some water! I definitely appreciate the full effort. I also received follow ups from Dylan throughout the process. The total cost both times stayed around the same based on everything else. My experience overall was a great one and I am glad that it worked out both times.

Excellent customer service! I was nervous about the move and traveling long distance with my things. However, the manager reassured that my things would be kept safe during the travels. When the team got here, they unloaded professionally and were extremely patient and kind with me. Would definitely recommend to other customers.

Thank you very much to everyone who helped us on this process on our move from Conn to DC,. the full packing crew was terrific these guys really knew their stuff. They told me they were trained through the AMSA pro mover program and that their company makes it a requirement in order to work for their company. Our moving coordinator was Jerry (very nice man, and quite the character) although he does have a very laid back demeanor he was very knowledgeable and helpful along every step of the way. the packing crew was efficient and worked very hard. I had to actually stop them to eat lunch because their eyes were on the prize. It only took two days to get the items down to our new townhouse in the Georgetown area. The crew went up our 4 floor townhome with brand new bamboo floors and made sure to be VERY VERY careful. We have all restoration hardware furniture and it was very heavy. We were very concerned we would have to refinish them, we even scheduled the painters for the following day, we didn't even need to. They did a phenomenal job and even though I Dred moving, if I ever do move again, I would go with Moving Relocation systems and their full packing service.

Had a difficult time finding a moving company after my past experiences. I hoped that I finally found a good company and in my case I did! Moving to another state is always stressful. Finding a reliable mover is even more so. Moving Relocation Systems made is easy. Matt walked us through every step. I would text him at odd hours with an odd question and he always responded, quickly. On move day, the crew was nothing sort of amazing. They were fast and professional. Since we were not moving much they had it done within 2 hours. The Florida delivery team was also fast and professional. Also, the company keeps you informed of pick up times and delivery times. They called when the truck left for Florida. I highly recommend this company. And the move didn't break the bank.

Movers did a wonderful job packing but when my items were delivered dishes, glasses, file cabinet and my printer arrives broken. Customer service did a great job keeping me informed but delivery drivers were careless and unprofessional. I saw them drop a few boxes when removing from the truck and left a mess outside my house after they left. Unfortunately I will not be using thief services again.

I moved from New York to Texas. From the beginning the sales team was very helpful, professional and courteous. At pick the movers handled my belongings with care. They were professional, on time and were efficient. The customer service department was always professional, helpful and courteous. When I received my belongings in TX there were no broken items or missing items. Everything was reassembled. This company as a whole was fantastic. Would use them again.

Moving is stressful enough and when you pay for a company that “guarantees they will take care of your stuff and they pride themselves on doing a great job”you Expect nothing less. Dispatch at this company is terrible no one I mean no one is on the same page! They break your stuff and act like they have no idea how it happened (CARELESSNESS) or they pretend it was already broken. Please explain why anyone would move already broken furniture. ? There were so many errors from when to pick up and when to drop off. They tried to make me fly to AZ early and advised they’d give me $200 dollars. Like what are you crazy!? Then they put our stuff in “storage” since it was “their error”and surprise surprise there were scorpions in our stuff that was wrapped in blankets and some how everything was FILTHY. Which means our stuff was in a warehouse AGAIN. I’m Really disappointed .Please TAKE MY ADVISE STAY AWAY. THEY WILL SING YOU A BEAUTIFUL LULLABY TO GET YOU ALL LOCKED IN ,GET YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL REGRET IT. PLEASE GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

In late August I moved from New Jersey to California. I am a senior citizen and was apprehensive about choosing a moving company. From the beginning Dylan explained his company's policies and reassured me my move would be handled with the utmost care, and that definitely turned out to be true since everything arrived just fine. Prior to the day of my move, Dylan called frequently to see how I was doing and assure me the move would go okay. The crew that picked up my furniture and boxed items, and also packed several items I couldn't, was professional, quick and courteous. My belongings arrived in the time promised and again the crew unloaded quickly and were professional and courteous even though the temperature was over 100 degrees.

I hired Moving Relocation Systems for a move from the ***** to *******. I loved that they gave an understandable price and the sales and office people were super-responsive with questions I had as the move-day approached - I'd never hired a moving company before, so there were all sorts of things I didn't know. When moving day came, the guys showed up on-time, were informed, and when an issue came up, the operations manager was right on it and we came up with a solution that made everyone happy. The furniture and boxes was packed and handled very carefully and the crew had a real attention to the details of each item. My ***** apartment had some tight corners and I remember how hard it was to navigate on the move in - but I didn't hear a peep about it on my move out! These guys are ninjas. The movers were experienced, respectful, sweet and communicative. They knew their job and were also super-efficient. I was so happy with the result - it made my moving day go from potentially super-stressful to relatively stress-free! Some folks on here say they're a little spendy, but I didn't feel that way. It was worth every penny to feel I could trust my day with a company and have such a smooth experience. THANK YOU!!!

My experience with Moving Relocation Systems was amazing. First, when the guys arrived, they greeted me with such great customer service. All of my materials were unloaded in perfect condition, the way that it left. After all of my things were all moved in, the next day the manager followed up with me to address any concerns I had and how the move was. I am giving a one star because that is the only way that I am able to leave this review. If it were possible to leave a -5 star evidence...I would. I just received a call from Glen K***** regarding an inquiry that I allegedly submitted for a move. I told him I had been receiving calls all morning and think it must be a prank. His response was that someone knows your name and your email to which I immediately responded that many people know me and have this basic information of me. He immediately blurted out “bull****” and slammed the phone. Extremely unprofessional and rude. If I were to ever move, I would never use this company and will be sure to let anyone I know not to use them either.

This company has many fake 5 star reviews when you google their company. Just take a look at the names that have done the reviews (most are foreign names, mostly Kumar and Gupta. Unfortunately I didn't notice that before hiring them, I just saw all the five star reviews. After the truck was loaded ( BTW, it was a very small move of only a few beds, couch, dining table and 2 chairs, no moving boxes as we had already taken care of that) the driver said it was going to be $500 more due in CASH that day, when they arrived at the new house. Really? I was able to get the price down a bit, but he still demanded $350 extra. I gave the inventory to the salesman when he gave me the quote, so I call bullshit on this tactic. I will say that the workers were quick and efficient although it was hard to give them instructions as they didn't speak English.

I was referred to MRS by my sister in law, for a move from NH to FL. I have experience with logistics, so I am familiar with the industry. I had a big move from New Hampshire to South Florida, 4 bedrooms and a workshop. I had one glass top that had a tiny corner get chipped but other than that, they were able to load and unload all of my insanely heavy furniture without complaints during the windows that we had scheduled for. These guys are movers and laborers. They're not stock brokers, don't expect them to kiss your ass. They did a good job for me and took care of $60k+ worth of furniture and another $30k worth of art. Not a ton, but all that I have amassed so far in my life and these things are near and dear to my it all matters to me. I've had truly horrible moving experiences before. This was NOT one of them. Polar opposite from previous experiences. Thank you Moving Relocation Systems.

After making several cross country moves while being active Active Military, I have to say that dealing with this company has been a blessing. Matt took the time and explained the entire process to us. He did a thorough job asking all the questions regarding our items to be moved & added extra Cubic Footage to the quote he gave us to account for things we overlooked. I have to say I thought at 1st they were just adding space to charge us more for, But when it was all said and done we ended up using around half of the extra space he quoted us and our price actually went down! In all my moves I've never had that happen... It's always gone up! I Wish I would have found this Company 4 moves ago 5 Stars, Stephanie in Customer Service was amazing and Followed up with my delivery Process.

I'm sure this message will be lost among the hundreds of messages just like this but I had to share my thoughts about Moving Relocation Systems anyway. As a consumer, I feel like my hands are tied. Moving Relocation Systems did an excellent job at making me feel that way, regardless if it's true or not. The only thing I actually have left is my voice. You know, I actually laid awake at night wondering how the employees who work for Moving Relocation Systems sleep at night. Do they actually lay their heads on a pillow and rest knowing/believing that they have genuinely helped their customers that day? Do they feel good about the service they provided? Or do they feel just as trapped as I do? Perhaps they NEED this job for whatever reason. Maybe they have babies at home who need to eat and so they are "forced" to work for Moving Relocation Systems. I've contemplated so many scenarios trying to justify why anyone would work for such a unethical and dishonest company. Every step of the way I've questioned Moving Relocation Systems business practices. The salesman, Matt S******** seemed to be so personable and honest ensuring that the company he worked for would make my move simple and easy going. I was moving from Pennsylvania to Washington. He gave me a quote for ~$4800 for a 2 bedroom condo, which actually included some extra cubic for "items I may have forgotten about". He told me I could leave the clothing in my dressers and in an email he told me the amount that I was quoted at pick up would not change. Everything he promised went out the door from the conversation with him forward. He grossly underestimated the move. The "final" price ended up being $8200 - more than $3k more. The movers, without my permission, also took it upon themselves to remove some (not all) contents from my dressers into their boxes to create more boxes, therefore increasing cubic feet and increasing my cost. Also making a mess of the items I had neatly packed. The contents of my home arrived 10 days after they packed it up. And that was even a hassle. I was originally told they would be there on Sunday. Then on Saturday around noon, I received a phone call, from a guy who spoke little English with bad cell phone reception, telling me he would be delivering on Saturday around 3pm. That took a phone call to Matt and Jennifer to figure that out because I could not understand him. On Saturday, an hour before they were supposed to arrive, I received a phone call from Jennifer telling me that the drivers could not get the trailer into my street and that they would need to get a shuttle to deliver my belongings. The shuttle would cost me an additional $600. That fascinated me because I was assured by Matt that they would have no trouble at all getting into my street. He said he looked at the map before my move and I was fine. Matt also guaranteed me, in writing, that what I paid at pickup was the final and complete bill. I told Jennifer this and she reminded me that basically whatever conversations I had with Matt were null and void because I signed the contract at pickup that essentially gives them all rights to your first newborn son. So they held my belongings hostage until I came up with the payment. The second I turned the money over for the shuttle, the movers then knocked on my door to deliver (no joke). It took two of them over five hours to move my belongings in my house. I watched them scratch my furniture and damage my walls with no regard. They made me take inventory (their job) and they gave me a hard time, even belittling me, when I told them it was their responsibility for assembling the furniture that their partners disassembled at pickup. The next morning, after the move, I found a huge pile of trash (rolled up tape, ripped blankets, and boxes) outside that they left behind in the mud. The drivers never notified me that they would be leaving this trash behind. How rude and disrespectful. I reported the damages to my belongings to CSI, the 3rd party company that Moving Relocation Systems does business with. About 95% of my claim was denied because the movers at pickup placed an arbitrary code (I thought it was the Foreman's initials) next to every single item on my inventory list that indicated that the item was scratched on pickup. Every single item. Including items that cannot even be scratched, like a box or a mattress. They made sure they covered themselves. And FYI, without an original receipt of an item's value, they use the weight of the object to detect value. Let that sink in. Weight cannot equal value. Your wedding ring weighs nothing so under their contract, if something happened to it, they would make sure you are reimbursed for $.60 (based on weight). I hope you all saved every single receipt, for every single item in your house! I don't know how these people can sleep at night knowing that they work for a company that employs some of the shadiest business practices I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I feel sorry that anyone would feel like they have to work under those conditions. I compare it to being in an abusive relationship. So sad. I'm sorry Matt, Stephany, and Jennifer. I hope that someday you can find a company to work for that doesn't thrive on swindling and deception. Until then, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Beware folks, there con artists want their payment in cash or you will pay hefty service charges to use a credit card.

I WANT TO LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS FOR A BAIT AND SWITCH SUPER SHIFTY COMPANY!!!! HORRIFYING!!!! I'm STILL awaiting my furniture and my motorcycle!! Was GUARANTEED by Teri a November 25/26 deliver. Jennifer in dispatch now promised me on Thursday which is Thanksgiving. Utterly ridiculous. STILL have not received a phone call from the movers. I have no idea what's going on, neither Teri nor Jennifer have called me back, I don't know where my household items and vehicle are, and no one is picking up the phone at the office or their cell phones. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND!!!

Moving is very stressful.. especially when moving 1100 miles. the Salesman Richard was on his game. very professional company. Eric who is the manager of the movers could not be more professional and personal.. I have had previous moving horror stories but not with this company. The movers came in my house and respected my home and my belongings. Everything was explained before they began wrapping my furniture and moving it out. The same was for when they came to my new location.. I believe you are only as good as your service and your employees... I cannot express how delighted I was with all the employees, from Richard and Eric to the movers themselves.... Price was as very competitive and worth every penny. Entire company is on point.
