When you move you just have to take care of so much at once. Thankfully, Mila was still there to arrange my move and give me a peace of mind. Though, we were able to speak to a manager and get things worked out to our best knowledge. They listened to us and were also able to accelerate our delivery services. We needed the items there faster than expected. They said it usually is an issues, especially in the summer, but they got it done for us. When you move from one home to another it can be very stressful to say the least. If you move out of state it can be beyond stressful. There are so many details that need to be taken care of, any assistance is a blessing. I moved from California to Idaho and it was one of the most stressful projects I have ever completed. I went on-line to get quotes from moving companies with prices that varied $1,000’s of dollars. Then I started reading about all the horror stories that comes along with these companies. I found out that a majority of these companies were “Brokers” that hired Moving companies third hand. What a nightmare trying to figure out where to go from there, I needed help! Then I called “Moving Pro” and spoke to Vicky. First, they are a Moving company NOT a broker. You can tell as soon as you first speak with Vicky that she was in charge. She is kind, professional, honest and upfront about everything involved. Her company is run by just her and her husband Haim. They both were the nicest people and made everything as easy as it could have been. Haim came to my home, took an inventory of our belongings and within an hour I had a quote that was very competitive. Through the whole process of moving we were in contact with No surprises and NO fails. Not one! Everything was delivered just as it was when first packed - Nothing broken, Nothing missing – NOT ONE ITEM. I don’t know how to praise them enough. They even took all of our goodwill stuff and saved us several trips. Haim (the owner) is one of the most hardworking individuals. If you have to move these guys make it easy. Vicky and Haim are awesome. My wife and I moved from CA to PA, and they took care of everything, and I mean everything. We had some specialty items that required a specific packing and Haim made sure it was done correctly. We also had them move a stupidly heavy (1200 pounds) air compressor and they dealt with that too. They also took care of organizing car transportation cross country. It took two days to get the job done, one day was a packing day, which they did, and the other was the moving day, which they also did. We didn't really need to do anything other than get out of their way. Once packed and loaded, the truck immediately left for our new home and was there a few days later. Prior to quoting for the job Vicky looked up the destination address and noticed that the semi-trailer would not be able to navigate the turn to our new place. So she organized unloading into a smaller truck in PA. Unloading was even easier, just point and they will put everything where you want it and assemble whatever they needed to disassemble.”
