They showed up late on two occasions and after filling the truck were 3 1/2 hours late to storage unit because they claim they could not find the storage unit. After that they packed the storage unit as fast as they could, leaving me with no extra space when I bought an oversized one. On top of that they charged me for the extra 3 1/2 hours which was because they could not find it they claim. the directions and address are easily found on the website and we’re given to the company before leaving first house and was included in the first quote. All I heard was excuses from the company. After they loaded my storage unit, I was then charged and extra 500$ because of the “overtime” it took them for getting lost. everything was included in the quote. There is no need for the overtime. That’s not my fault they can’t follow simple directions. I would highly recommend not using them and Would not refer them to anybody.”
