Mark was able to find us a slot on their schedule very last minute, which we were hugely appreciative of! The move turned out to be the hottest Seattle day that I can remember, and I was expecting the movers to cancel given it was over 100 degrees. They phoned when they were on their way, turned up on time and worked like troopers to complete the move super quickly despite the crazy heat! They took good care of all our items, and clearly put thought into loading strategy to ensure everything stayed safe for the short move. They were communicative throughout the move on where we wanted items, and to top it off their rates were extremely reasonable too! Mark was incredible to help me the night before my move when I found out U-Haul did not have any more trucks at my preferred location! He reassured me that everything would be fine and offered to reschedule if needed. Luckily I found a truck at another location to make the move as scheduled. Billy and Saros arrived on time, and we had a good plan to make several trips around town due to the small truck I rented. Billy even used his truck to carry more of my stuff, and they sat through city traffic! It was a five hour day but they were able to get all the heavy stuff, and even squeezed in a trip to my storage location. I had a lot of stuff and I completely underestimated how much time it would take! They were great to allow for more time! They worked quickly and carefully and their work ethic is very high! They were even running during part of it, just to make sure they finished in good time. They are very polite and easy to work with, and they let me relax and just watch. They showed up first thing in the morning( 8:30) and finished the job by 3 or 4 that afternoon. I know they were late to their next job because they stayed until our job was totally finished.We rented the big moving van. They moved everything! If you want to hire the best, then hire these two. But, a warning, get them first thing in the morning as they will work until your move is done. If you hire them in the afternoon, they may be a bit late.”

Found these guys through the uhaul site actually, and verified them (and a few others) on yelp because the reviews seemed inflated. Of the ones I checked, only these guys had similarly high ratings, and it's not shocking to see why. I've never had such a positive experience with movers, and I've moved every year for the last 8 years or so. These guys charge about as little as you'll see in the industry, are flexible to a fault, work harder than any I've ever seen, and honestly seem to give a shit. Just by way of example: After I got stuck at a drawbridge for 20 minutes and finally made it to the new place to unpack, I overheard the owner talking to his coworker. He literally said that they had about 30 minutes left and could make it without charging me more if they rushed, so they had to hurry. Who does that in this day and age? It's far too wholesome. Super impressed and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know who wants to move in the general Seattle area. If you're reading this, choose these guys - they're great.”

I will undoubtedly call on them for any of my future moving needs. They deserve 6 out of 5 stars for being so accommodating, highly professional, friendly, quick with loading and unloading, and careful with our furniture. If this keep up, they will be the most successful movers in town. Jules and I were in a really tough predicament the day before our scheduled move with our previous movers being unable to accommodate a late afternoon move time. We called around to a number of movers before finding a couple of options willing to work with our schedule. Mark had the best rates for the move including complimentary services like shrink wrap and padding which is a nice bonus. All I had to do was have a rental truck ready the day of the move, and they literally took care of the rest. Mark made an incredibly stressful situation into a smooth and easy process. He shared that he has over 10 years of industry experience. When he indicated that he was a moving specialist, he is not joking. He had a good plan in place for how to the load the truck. NONE of our furniture or goods were damaged. That alone is just amazing. I highly recommend them for any type of move! Absolutely hands down the best people to call first. Mark was great about communicating with us before the move, and understanding our concerns. I was a little concerned about damage both to the house we were moving out of, and to the house we were moving into. Mark calmed those concerns, rightfully so. Ryan and Neil were fantastic. Contacted Moving & More Moving services to get some help with loading our Uhaul for a move from Issaquah to Bonney Lake. Mark was a great help and very responsive with getting us rates and a couple of quotes. We settled on having 2 hours of help from a 2 person crew to help load the Uhaul only. Ryan and Chris were absolutely fantastic the day of the move. They called/texted ahead of time to let us know they were on the way. They showed up right on time and got right to work too. They politely asked for a short break after the first hour, which we were more than happy to accommodate after watching their non-stop effort since arriving! Their skill loading the Uhaul is not something we could have accomplished on our own! Everything was handled respectfully and thoughtfully as they filled every nook and cranny in that truck. They were polite and communicative throughout the loading. They finished up early and got us on our way ahead of schedule too! These guys are exceptional movers!! I will say Mark (the owner) and the other guy (sorry, forgot his name) went above and beyond for me. I had a very challenging move and drove a 26 foot Penske truck and car carrier from Boise, ID to Seattle, WA. If the journey in the winter wasn't enough of a challenge maneuvering my truck in Seattle was another nightmare in itself. Mark went out of his way to help me and made the move to Seattle a much more relieving experience. He actually helped maneuver my truck for me and park it which is very challenging in the dense neighborhood I live in. As well, he moved some very heavy items (over 500lb+ item) and positioned them into the parts of the room I needed. Both movers were very fast, skilled, polite and courteous. This was a great relief from the crappy movers I had in Idaho and wish I could have had Moving & More on both sides of the trip. Anyway, I want to thank Mark and Moving & More for their service. I hope to do all future moves with Moving & More and will recommend them to everyone in the Seattle area. Mark offered to refund me a portion of what I paid to remove a review from Yelp. I removed the review but later Mark discovered I had written the same review for Google. He asked me to take it down and I said we only discussed the removal of the Yelp review, no others. He then proceeded with the threat of blackmail by showing me a screenshot of the secret video he took of me receiving the money. He stated how he wondered it would look if the video was made public. He emphasized that he had audio as well, which is weird because we only discussed why I was being refunded. Let me elaborate on the blackmail part. I was in uniform (as a public servant) and he threatened to upload the video as if I were taking a bribe or doing something illegal. Judge for yourself if you want to do business with someone of that moral caliber. You can email me for a copy of the exchange if you need proof.”

First of all, they are so accommodating. They were able to fit us in with just a few days notice. All we had to do was give them a call when the pods arrived, and they were able to fit us in later that same day. We have never moved before and had no idea what we were doing. Mark and his colleague were so nice about it and helpful. They helped us wrap and pack our furniture safely, and knew exactly how to fit our furniture into the moving pod in a safe and space efficient way. They also work incredibly fast, which is great. They helped us fit our 2 bedroom town-home into 2 small storage pods in under 2 hours, including the time they spent helping us wrap furniture. On top of that, the prices are incredibly reasonable. I was going crazy trying to find the lowest price with great reviews. I only needed moving helpers and didn't require a truck, but most moving companies don't offer different pricing for that. All the other quotes I received were at least $130 per hour. Moving & More Moving offered the best price and it was so reasonable! Mark called the day before to confirm the moving date/time, and the moving team arrived right on schedule. We moved from Chicago to Bothell and found them through Uhaul's site. Originally booked two people and realized after watching the truck get loaded in Chicago, that three would be better. I reached out to Mark a few days before to add a third helper and they were able to accommodate. We even pushed the time back two hours to allow for flexibility with our arrival. They did run about an hour and half late, but communicated well up front that the job they were on beforehand was going to run over. Plus, it worked out to our advantage as we had a few loose ends to tie up here. Very professional, friendly and efficient. After the experience with them, we realized that the loaders on the Chicago side were not as good. We had a 26' Uhaul and they were able to unload in 2 hours. I called about 3 weeks in advance and they happened to have a Saturday availability. They didn't charge extra for the weekend like what other companies quoted me (it is also cheaper if you pay in cash). They called me the day before to confirm and arrived when they said they would. I moved across town from a 1 bedroom apartment so they sent two guys and a moving truck. They got it done in about 3.75 hours - I had a lot of bulky furniture and the place I was moving into had a steep flight of stairs. The total was about $330 (and I voluntarily tipped since John and Mario took extra care to protect my fragile items AND moved everything in the rain) but honestly the quality of service they provided is worth more than that. Joining the many people who've had great service from Mark and team. Totally professional and personable. (The U-Haul dude was a certified bleeping bleepo. They let me whine and then helped me ungrump.) I hired them to help me move some cut logs, a straight pick-up/drop-off. The job turned out to be comically bigger than I estimated and was definitely not what they signed up for. The logs were HUGE and at the bottom of a steep dirt hill. I said they were off the hook and I'd pay them anyway, but they said it was time for a good challenge. A little sweat-trial-and-error later, they MacGyvered a no-joke pulley system. Victory! So a big shout-out to John and Ryan, who turned a potential no good, very bad day into that time we hauled about a thousand pounds of wood up a very tricksy hill. And a good time was had by all.
