I called him and booked him the same afternoon...as emotional and upset as I was when I called due to my situation, he was kind, professional, and advised me they would take care of everything. He and John arrived early and worked non stop even bagging things I didn’t have time to box. They also dumped some items that needed to go to the dumpster. They were both extremely careful with my furnishings and boxes and pros at taking apart a huge platform bed and reassembling at my new home. I would give Movers Near Me six stars if I could, because they are a GREAT new company. Their clever name caught my attention at first. I was looking for was a trustworthy, local group that could move my disabled brother's belongings into a storage unit so we could do an extensive renovation of his house. We did not want to deal with a big company. We just wanted good, professional people from this area who would work hard, charge us a reasonable price, and be kind and courteous to my brother. Michael and John were a godsend. They arrived right on time, and moved everything out of the two story house in a little over two hours. They had to work around the construction crew, which didn't seem to phase them in the least. They also had to pack several family antiques, and did so with care and precision. For us it is a blessing to have discovered such an excellent moving company.”

I actually hired Michael and John from Los Angeles for my 88 year old mother who was closing her business in Hendersonville and after over 40 years in the same location- there was a lot of items. I called many movers and packers in the area and all of them, with the exception of these guys ( MOVERS NEAR ME ), answered my questions without any heart or soul. PLUS their prices were way higher. In a few cases the other companies charged by the box so there was no way I could budget for this move. Michael quoted me 2 flat hourly rates depending on if the truck was being used or if it was just packing. I supplied the packing materials. Michael was patient and was totally willing to work with me and my unique situation. Because the timing of this move was during the pandemic and I needed to head back to LA, they graciously accepted all requests for time changes and worked with my mother’s friends . Mom had only kind and good words to say about the experience and that is really all I need to say. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. No complaints- only praises. Save yourself the time in researching and your money and hire these guys.”
