And they just continue to get better and better! They moved my entire 1 bedroom apartment (from the 5th floor) to a house, they also had to lift a HUGE couch over the balcony down to the ground! Honestly, there is no other moving company that would do a better job! They are all extremely polite and get the job done in the fastest amount of time!!! They had no problem stopping at my storage unit, unloading some stuff. Then drove over to the new house and unloaded the rest! it helps that these men can easily carry EVERYTHING! A++++ service. Art was a hard worker, in-spite of winter snow conditions and terrain that made it very difficult to get up he and his crew delivered the household items. Making two trips instead of one! When working with this mover beware of the time. Do not sign the final form before checking ALL of your property for damage. Tell them they will either have to wait on there time until you check your items or do not sign. There insurance carrier will not accept items after you sign. Best if you pay for the time and then do not sign until you have time to check the damages.”

Well this review depends on what your goals are. If you want your stuff moved safely and packaged well, this is the place for you. They packed everything carefully! If you want efficiency, look elsewhere. It ended up taking 6 hours... I felt like the only one moving with a real sense of urgency. I was told saran wrap would be $40 extra. Turns out they wrapped every stupid little thing, then charged me $80 for wrap. I only had them move the large items from a 2 bedroom apartment so 2 beds, a love seat and a couch, a table, a DVD cabinet, just random furniture stuff. My total cost was $740 plus tip. It took forever and was very expensive. I would not choose this company again, but then again I don't have super perfect stuff that needs to be wrapped all up. I wanted efficiency more. Still, they were kind and got the job done, and they care about the reputation of the company.”

I checked around with several movers and asked about charges before hiring this company to move me between apartments. The two men did fairly well in moving my possessions, and I would have given them a good rating. Then, the man who claimed to be an owner, tried to overcharge for several things, including the hour they took for lunch, and a full hour for their last twenty minutes of work. He explained that this was a standard practice. Before we could agree on the bill, he pushed real hard for a good tip and a high rating so they could get a bonus. I did not rate him while away the next couple days. He continued to call and text at least five times a day until I blocked his number. I figure the overcharging, which we resolved, and the pressure were part of the service, which I would not recommend to anyone.”

We usually struggle arranging the heavy furniture and moving boxes that were put in wrong rooms etc... But not this time. Artem is amazing!
