Awful. I called last year and when I said that I needed to check my schedule and call back the man stated " no you won't, you don't like my attitude and won't call back and that's fine" he then hung up on me. Fast forward and my office hired the to move Friday. ( I did not know that we had hired the same company) We had been asking them to get back to us with an estimate. He acknowledged that he had received the e-mails and threw them away. He then stated that they don't do estimates( would have been good to know) and that he can fill our spot with someone else and hung up. So now we are running around trying to move our buisness. Horrible!”

I hate writing negative reviews but I feel this one is necessary. DO NOT BOOK THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU'RE OK WITH NO ONE SHOWING UP. I had scheduled a move with them yesterday Nov 24th starting at 9 am. 9:30 rolls around and no movers. I call, no answer. I then receive a TEXT message from Jacob stating that he has me scheduled for the next Saturday. He's sorry but he's out of town and nothing he can do for me. So I'm sitting in an apartment with everything I own boxed up, with a uhaul paid for and ready to go and no movers. And he can't even bother to call me, just text messages and no help whatsoever. Oh, he did text some generic website for me to try to scramble and book movers again same day. What a guy. He claimed there must have been a miscommunication, which means he can't read a calendar as I have the piece of paper with the date written down from when I booked. When booking, I verified the date twice during the phone call and even made a point at the beginning of the call to confirm if they were even available as it was the Saturday right after Thanksgiving, as in I specifically said it was the Saturday following Thanksgiving. But according to him (by text of course) it was my fault, not his. And just for more detail, I booked these guys this time despite evidence to not do so. They did a move for me 3 years ago. On that move they were over an hour late, with no phone call. I had to call them to find out they were going to show up. So yesterday I assumed it was more of the same. I went ahead and booked them any way because on the actual loading and unloading my stuff part, they were fine and I like to give my business to people I've worked with before if I can. Of course when I initially tried to contact them through their website this time, after days went by, I had received ZERO response and had to call them to check availability. Odd for a guy who won't pick up the phone and will only text when they screw up. I'm sorry this is so long but I am still furious the next day and sincerely hope no one else books these guys and ends up in the same crappy situation they placed me in yesterday.”

Took them almost 2 hours to get to Seward (from Lincoln) once the truck was heading out. Company owner was occasionally friendly then downright rude in the same breath. The other employee was very pleasant, however; we wished he would've been the only one there helping us move.”

I discovered Move Within Movers (MWM) when I was on uHaul's website. I have moved many times, and this time I wanted professional help. I didn't want to burden friends by asking them to help me move, and I couldn't move everything by myself. I scheduled an appointment with Move Within Movers as I was checking out a truck on uHaul's site. In the middle of September 2015, the guys from MWM showed up in the morning right on time. Despite not having an elevator and living on the 3rd floor of my apartment complex, they had the uHaul truck loaded quickly. They went out of their way to make sure everything was carefully loaded in the truck in a way it would not fall over or slide around. As I was chatting with them, I started talking about my decision to move back to Kansas. I'll never forget those prophetic words "I hope I don't regret this move." It only took me a few months of being back in Lawrence, KS to realize that it's true that you can't go home again. That's when I realized Nebraska was my home. In July 2017, I made the move back to Lincoln. I am so glad I kept the e-mail that had the contact info for MWM. After securing an apartment in Lincoln, I didn't hesitate to contact MWM. The day I drove that uHaul truck to my new apartment in Lincoln was a sweet day. Seeing the guys from MWM show up to help me unload my stuff into my apartment made it sweeter. It was like a couple of friends welcoming me home. They were on time, and they were able to get my stuff into my apartment quickly. Moving can be one of the most stressful things that someone can do which is why I recommend that people make the move out date from the old place at least 2 weeks after the move-in date to the new place if something doesn't go as planned. I also recommend hiring MWM if you in or near Lincoln, NE. Their rates are very reasonable. They are dependable, punctual, careful, and worth every penny. Don't make moving more stressful by trying to do it yourself or depending on friends/family to help. Hire MWM, and make your next move less stressful.”
