I was terribly misquoted on my move. Then to make matters worse the movers took a break before they even touched a thing. Then after it was mostly over, they damaged my treadmill, broke a lightbulb, and scratched up several areas of my walls and put one big gash in my new kitchen floor. I was told I would be contacted to “fix” the damages and never heard a thing from this company. If you have heavy equipment that you value, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!”

I contacted Move It Now Akron after my parents recommended them (they used this company both times they moved in the last 5 years). When they arrived, I realized I recognized the logo on the truck and the driver (Zach) because my best friend used the same company when she moved into her house. Zach and Sharif were punctual, very polite, and considerate of my apartment in Mayfield Village and new house in Northfield. My moving day was on 11/16/19. I was concerned about not being able to take the stand off my flat screen (the screws were stripped), but they assured me they could transport it safely regardless that it's on the stand. All in all it took about 4.5 hours to finish, which I was very happy with because that included them taking apart my giant sectional and making sure everything else was properly padded, wrapped, etc. They even put my sectional back together at the house and everything was where I wanted it to be. Another thing I'd like to mention is that I just had brand new flooring and carpet put in at my house, and Zach and Sharif were very mindful and considerate in putting down drop clothes and making sure nothing dirtied up my new flooring. They worked quickly and efficiently and nothing was damaged in any way (which is more than I can say about other companies I have used or when I have used my self). This company and these great guys gave me peace of mind and took a lot of stress out of my moving day. I will definitely use them if I move in the future and will recommend this company whenever given the chance.”

They were right on time, friendly, explained things well, went RIGHT to work, were happy, smiling, courteous, funny, and moved everything safely. These guys moved us a couple of weeks ago from Cuyahoga Falls to Dalton. We could not possibly be more thrilled with their very professional services. My husband and I aren’t too physically able to handle heavy lifting and a ton of work. We didn’t have to because these fellas totally had us taken care of. We had a 5 man crew and two large trucks. They came to our rescue like calvary leading a charge. These guys worked so hard. There is a HUGE difference between these guys and day laborers from Uhaul. Massive. We have so much stuff and I couldn’t fathom how they were going to get us all done in the time estimate. They did!!! They were carrying multiple things at once. We have not had many item casualties either, so I would also say they were pretty careful too. They respected boxes marked fragile. They also protected the floors and doors. 98% of boxes were put in the rooms they were designated to go. They even assembled our beds!!! That absolutely left us stunned. We were immensely blessed to have this service. We would a thousand percent recommend their business.”
