YOU TELL ME: I sent a dozen pictures of my belongs which were stored in a Public Storage unit in NJ to MoveHappy. They gave me a quote for $7,000, to deliver them to me in Utah. I suggested they have a company rep personally view items to be sure of quote. They agreed and sent someone there to look. New quote $14,000. I was shocked, but I was now already in Utah, what was I to do, they had good reviews, so I said ok. They picked up my belonging and placed them in their warehouse for 2 months. Then they delivered them to me. I began unpacking, unwrapping, took weeks. I then started noticing many item were never delivered. For months tried to learn what could have happened, were items still in warehouse? Where could they be if everything was taken out of my storage and placed in their storage??? Everyone was pleasant and for the most part professional. But I never got a clear answer. So I am missing contr rated elec battery powered tools, LED TV, many boxes...@$1,000s they offered me $78 for braking an AC unit and glass in an expensive framed picture. To say I am extremely disappointed would no way cover how bad I feel. 2 stars is generous.”
