Not very professional. In the middle of the COVID pandemic while moving something into the home of an immunocompromised 74-year old woman the movers showed up with no masks, no PPE and no awareness of sanitizing protocols. There was confusion on pricing between the booking person and the movers who showed up, who announced once they were in my home that they would have to charge me more because they "went through all the emails" and the job didn't match the pricing I was given. There was no email chain to go through because everything was conducted over the phone. I wouldn't recommend but unfortunately this is the standard for the industry in this area, so you may not do much better with any other company whose business model is based on minimally compensated day laborers and poor business systems.”
