Mosley Movers helped me move items from my storage to my duplex. Then helped me pack and move things back to the storage. They were great. Dan Mosley was right there on the ball and professional. Later I purchased a refrigerator and needed my old refrigerator out. Mosley movers sent over two men and a girl, Dylan. Dylan said she knew how to unhook the water line to the refrigerator. She went to the water heater and supposedly turned off the water line to the freezer. I told her there was water still coming out of the pipe. She said don't worry it's residual water. Dylan put a bucket under the pipe and said it should shut off soon. We all left to take more of my belongings to another place in Spokane. Three hours later I returned and the kitchen, hallway and basement were flooded. I called and spoke to Dan Mosley. Later after speaking to Dan Mosley agai, he tells me I can't sue him because he has nothing to sue for, he doesn't have a moving truck because Dylan crashed it and he does't own his home. I asked about his insurance and he said it doesn't cover damages like mine. Later my friend calls Mosley Movers and he tells her he's insured for damages when she calls to require about moving. I got the water shut off that day by a friend. I find out Dylan shut off the hot water not the actual water for the refrigerator pipe. If you hire Mosley Movers if Dylan shows up; tell her to go away. She doesn't know what she's doing and she acts like one of the guys, even dresses like them. In my opinion she's ruining her father's business by her behavior and her inept abilities to function in the moving job.”

We waited TWO DAYS for Moseley Movers to show. No show the first day with no call until hours later, with a promise that the owner would come the following morning personally to make it right. No show. I understand things happen, but in cases like that you COMMUNICATE to your customer & KEEP THEM INFORMED. That is business 101, & if you can't even do that YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS OWNING A COMPANY! We waited until 6 pm for movers to show as the owner said they would after FINALLY texting several hours after not showing- no show, no text. The WORST customer experience we have ever experienced! Apparently new owner - not the same service it used to be!”

We called around for someone to help us move a hot tub, this moving company said they could do it today, Saturday, April 3rd at 10 am for $500. This was last weekend. Friday comes and we call and call and no one picks up (voicemail full). Sent them texts. No answer. Saturday morning comes and my husband calls, the person picks up and says our reservation must have been put in wrong (seems like a pattern after reading reviews). My husband said, well we had a deal are you going to show up. The man said he will call his movers. So we think that means he will show up. Well surprisingly, NO! Not even a call to explain the issue or what is preventing them from showing up. We waited at the move site forever. Listen things happen. But to not have the integrity to even explain or try to make it right is so unprofessional. Unfortunately, don't trust this family owned company with your move unless you are flexible with the actual day or time.”

Let me advise any potential customers- HIRE ANYONE ELSE!! We initially used Dan to help unpack our moving truck when we moved into a rental in Coeur dAlene over the summer and had a fantastic experience- Dan was communicative, and super careful with our belongings. We purchased a house a few months later and thought we were hiring Dan again to move our things again. I had requested someone be to our rental between 10 and 11am. To my surprise, two young, unkempt boys and a girlfriend showed up just before noon to start the job. These two boys smelled like a combination of chemicals and filth- something pretty indicative of substances use issues. I was given the excuse by Dylan that Dan is his dad and was passing the business along to him since Dan is too invested into the union and doesn't have time to maintain his business. It took the three of them almost four hours to pack the moving truck, which is not a complaint I have, however they took quite a few things apart- our bed frames, our kitchen table, and as much furniture they could. When they were done, we had given very specific directions that they needed to use the city Greenacres to insure they got to our new home. The kids managed to get lost for nearly two hours, saying they looked up the address in Spokane Valley and ended up in Arragon. At this point it's almost 630, and our young son needed to be put to bed. They loaded everything into our garage minus our bed and couch. When I asked for a rough guesstimate for price, Dylan had the audacity to try to charge me for an arrival time of 10am as well as the two hours they were lost- to a tune of over $900. Needless to say, we paid them for the hours that we were actually able to account for. Fast forward a couple weeks, and I'm now going through boxes to unpack things that weren't a necessity, and I have GlassyBaby's that are broken and irreplaceable that the box was clearly dropped. For those of you that haven't heard of GlassyBaby's, they are hand blown glass votives that supper grassroots foundations, are on the spendy side. Stay as far away from this poorly ran and managed "company". These kids will ruin your things.”

The job got done but not without hickups. Packing was painful. The A team was apparently sick that day. We had to repack and tape boxes. Many boxes had only one strip of tape on the bottom. Many fragile items werent packed properly - no padding though we had plenty of paper etc. Moving went more smoothly but there was some damage to a heavy item due to failure to pad it. Again, not very experienced.”

Though the apartment we were moving out of was in the fourth floor, the two fellows that worked with us were professional and efficient. Their work ethic was noteworthy. I know I would, at the least, be grumpy having to move a hide a bed from the 4th floor. These guys were striking up conversation making the experience a positive one. They had a huge truck that was more than sufficient for our one bedroom apartment. The lady that I talked to on the phone when I booked was really helpful and gave me all the information that I needed even if I didn’t know what to ask since this was my first time going with a movers. We needed movers to help pack a U-Haul to move to Nevada because my sister is pregnant and we have four small children between us so we called Moseley's Movers and they were by far the best rate and had our date available on some what short notice. Joshua and Robert were friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They made sure take apart furniture that seemed not stable enough to transport, of course asking permission first. They never complained and managed to stack the U-Haul neatly and organized. I would definitely recommend this company for your moving needs.”

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Moseley's Movers. We scheduled online but unfortunately our date and time apparently did not get recorded with the company and we had to call on the day of the move to see where they were. Thankfully they were able to fit us in the same day but the movers that came were obviously tired, which I understand. However, the move of our two bedroom house ended up taking over four hours. I'm sure the movers were tired but one of the two had to take an hour break during the move. No adjustment of pricing was made. We had boxes being moved in at 9pm on a Sunday, when the move was supposed to be done in the afternoon - not a fun day. I tried to call twice to speak with the manager, they were unavailable to discuss both times. Not a good experience.”

The movers were absolutely 5 stars. Fantastic hard workers, nice guys who worked their butts off in not only heat but the rain too. My only issue is that basically the customer pays for the employee to be trained. One worker was on his second day and didnt know alot about the process. The experienced worker had to spend alot of time explaining things, or doing the work by himself for the other to watch, to try to stay efficient- which isn't fair to the worker either! A better solution to train would be to have the trainee be the 3rd person in the 2 man crew, to observe. OR discount the price per house and let the customer know it will take longer. I was under the impression I would get 2 experienced people, we did not and it definitely took longer than it would have- aka $100 an hour for me.”

When her stuff was delivered all at once this week, she was quickly overwhelmed. We called Moseley's Movers and they were awesome! She was a bit nervous at first having three strangers (two men and one woman) in her home, but she said she enjoyed all three of them. Her report to me was outstanding! Mosley's employees were respectful, they worked hard, they were focused, they asked her where she wanted things placed that they unpacked.
