They notified me promptly when they are running late and keep me in communication about their ETA status. The two movers worked efficiently and finish only 30 minutes over the estimated time. They were patience to my elderly mom which I appreciate. They charged a flat fee and plastic wrap is included. Their rate is very reasonable and only charge in the increment of 15 minutes rate after your estimated total hours with a minimum of 2 hours. They provide a truck too. Miracle Man MoversThis company was the worst we have ever used! They damaged our furniture, broke our fridge, damaged the floor, and have yet to pay us back. It's been 8 months now and every time I check the status on the check, they say it was sent, oh we forgot to send it, we came into an error, we're reissuing, I'm out of the office, etc etc. The video below shows they did not use the right dolly for the fridge, did not have it strapped down, and did not have two people bracing it. The guy that moved the chair was high as a kite too , which we found out after when I heard him say "I'm so high right now" on the video camera! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!”

Miracle Man damaged a door frame in our home and never followed through on the repairs. We worked with their claims specialist, Anna, who acknowledge the damage. Her emails included lines like "we have 60 days to finalize claims and my goal is usually 30," giving a false sense of interest and competency. When it came time to schedule the actual repairs, Anna ghosted us. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt in case she was sick or on leave, but the answering service Miracle Man uses assured us she was not. Unfortunately that same answering service refused to let us talk to anyone else in the company. It seems that multiple people at Miracle Man are complicit in the ruse. If you are looking for a moving company I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.”

I should have read the reviews before I used this company. From the start the process was tough - the associate was new and required several follow ups (from myself) to get the initial cost estimate for moving a pool table from my house to an external shop. When the crew arrived they were 45minutes late from the arrival window. There weren't enough crew members to move my pool table so my husband had to delay his business trip to stay and help with the move (he has a bad shoulder and this could have really done more damage to him.) They offered me a measly $10 discount for our trouble. It was a joke. The moving crew was very friendly though and I had no issues with them - my issues are strictly with the corporate office. I would not recommend this company for moving anything.”

Called every single one and all booked for 2-3 weeks out. Closed on house, single person. Needing to be out end of day 6/30/21. Sad!”

Chris and his team did a great job first moving out the old fridge down the stairs, then they pulled the new fridge up the front hill on a sled instead of trying to work it up the narrow steps. Trevor, Isaac, Solomon, and Wes all helped us move and did an excellent job. Solomon even offered to help load my car with items not listed on our moving list, just because. They showed up with a 4 man crew, only charging us for two because they did not have another appointment for the day. I found this alone to be a huge quality in their business professionalism. They were safe as we had children running around and they yelled "corners!" And announced every exit and entrance between doors. I felt like they really cared about doing a good job, and one of our dressers was falling apart (it is old), and they made sure to check with us before moving it to make sure they did it safely. Lastly, my dog slipped out of my grip on the way out to move everything and their whole team made an effort to help us and asked what they could do. Thanks for going above and beyond!”

The movers put holes all in our $3000 couch about 6 months ago. We were very nice about it and thought it would be handled professionally. We have gotten quotes to fix it and the cost to repair it is more than what it’ll be to buy a new one. The companies even said they wouldn’t touch it because of how complicated and expensive it is.
