Crooks. Estimate was $1000s off. 4 pieces of furniture with significant damage Missing items. Unprofessional movers. Customer service reps went 100% silent after our first complaint. Horrible.

Hire ANY other company. After all the hassle of having them pack things that were supposed to stay and leave things that were supposed to be packed, they also upcharged me by over $1000. Haven't unpacked yet, but many of the boxes are damaged as well.

I wanted to give a local company my business. I just wish I could’ve given it to another local business instead. The company forgot three drawer fulls of items in the kitchen and, good news, they came back and got it the next day. However, they left about 4 boxes of our items in a storage unit in which we had to pay $300 in shipping costs to get it out to our final destination. The movers also left deep scratches in my flooring and I had to buy wood filler and stain the wood as to not get charged by my management company upon move-out—the company did not respond to my inquiry when I contacted them about the floor issue. They also misdelivered a wardrobe box to another customer and they insisted, repeatedly and aggressively via text message, that I was incorrect about it. They later found where the box was, but I had to coordinate and take leave from work to drive 60 minutes out of my way to pick up the wardrobe box from a stranger. On top of that, apparently they dropped off my items in their storage unit before moving it to another state/my final destination. When they did this, they left behind a custom framed art piece of mine. It took over a month for them to track it down and I had to call weekly to remind them to get it to me. Communication was extremely poor from the company and they were hard to get a hold of and would rarely return a call. Their solution for getting the art piece to me was wrapping the frame in plastic/Saran wrap and shipping it to me via USPS (no boxing, no protection, nothing—see photo). I received the piece with two unrepairable cracks in the frame, chipped paint, water damage, and broken glass. After unpacking my items at my final destination, it turns out they packed up the majority of my art frames much like the one they sent to me via USPS a handful of expensive art pieces of mine were ruined. Overall, the service was poor, the communication was poor, and I fully regret choosing this company to move my items.

WOW!! do you want a company that will pester you until you sign up then ignore you?!! How about movers who break and lose your items?!?!? For a bonus they will lie to you and make it super hard to file a claim. If all of this sounds great, then these are the people for you!!!! Like many others I paid more than double my quote. On my drop off I was told I had to pay for another moving truck because their 18 wheeler wouldn't fit. It was an extra $750. While they went to get another truck I watch 2 other 18 wheeler park there.
- Kevin Mountain

★☆☆☆☆
The company is terrible. Lost or broke a lot of my items and would not take responsibility for it. I was quoted one price and after my things were loaded on the truck they doubled the price.
- Sheri Long

★☆☆☆☆
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Not only did my quote double when they did the in-house walk through.. they did not take all our stuff! They couldn’t get another truck for the rest of our things and we had to throw out over $2000 worth of stuff. Then when they arrived they came late in the night and did not unpack anything or assemble like it was agreed on. I paid for the full package, and they just dropped off the boxes in the middle of the living room. They also destroyed a lot of our furniture! My daughters dresser, and scratched crib, and my coffee table. I haven’t been able to make a claim yet. I’ve paid over $4500 for half of the service. Tried calling many times but very unresponsive. I’ll never use this company again!

I signed a contract stating 1 truck, 4 workers @$200 per hour ($50 per worker per hour), 9 hours= $1,800. After packing supplies and such the total was supposed to be $2,815 for 36 man hours. On the day of the move only 3 movers showed up at 11am. Fast forward, the job was completed at 11pm. So it took 3 workers 12 hours to complete a job, or 36 man hours, or exactly the same as 4 workers doing a job in 9 hours. But I was told at about 9pm that night that if I didn’t pay an extra $1,000 that they wouldn’t unload the truck because they had to charge me for extra time. They were incredibly hard to get a hold of when I tried to resolve this issue, and I was told numerous times that “the refund check was in the mail.” There is much more to this story but I’m trying to keep it short... basically it was a textbook bait and switch and they held my stuff for ransom. It’s an odd business model... I’ll be moving again next year and would have gone with them again if they did a decent and ethical job, and they could have earned my money again and maybe even gotten some referrals. But instead they opted to cheat me out of $1,000 and now I am telling everyone I know not to use them and leaving reviews on as many platforms I can find telling others to avoid them. I would heed my, and others, warnings and avoid this company

The great company Mile High ! I moved from CO to IL, everything was great for me, forward and simple. They picked up for the price they said they would and they delivered at the time! . Thank you a lot

Do not use this company. I waited 30 days for the arrival of my belongings, and NEVER received a call during the entire time. I continually had to ask where the truck was. They tried to overcharge me for tape. The person who I signed the Agreement with never returned my calls or followed through on the lack of delivery. I did my homework and thought I made the best choice out of 3 estimates.. I never thought to ask "what happens when you don't deliver during your printed delivery date." Do NOT use this company.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND READING IF YOU ARE IFFY ABOUT THIS COMPANY: And so the nightmare begins... I looked at so many different companies and the sales man, Justin P, really sold me. He promised me this company was everything I could have wanted, etc. Communication was great, pricing estimate was great, and now here we are on move day and absolute horror. I was told they would be here on Thursday with no worries or issues. I understand they have a two day window but the sales man told me that I wouldn't have to worry about Friday they would for sure be there on Thursday. (Wish you would have just told wed/thurs and this review might have taken a more positive turn) Someone was suppose to call to review the estimate and they never did that should have been a red flag there...The week leading up to the move I have been the main person in contact and doing everything because my husband is 1600 miles away doing school with his GI Bill in a two hour different time zone) Tell me why they call him and not me on Wednesday night to tell him they won't be here on Thursday??? So now I'm not getting any calls and no one is returning my calls or answering me.. to make it better I'm 8 months pregnant and I HAVE to leave on Friday from Colorado to Louisiana for medical reasons. I finally get in touch with someone and the man is so DAMN rude to me and tells me it's my hormones and not to stress... obviously this man is the biggest idiot on the planet because that's the number one thing you don't tell a pregnant woman. I wouldn't be stressed or angry if you answered my calls and had been communicating with me!! Okay, so I'm told they will be here no later than 12 but between 9-11a. It's almost 12 and I have to leave at 3p to be in Colorado Springs. I'd rather cancel and lose my deposit than continue to deal with this horror. Anger and frustration doesn't even cover what I'm feeling because of the lack of communication. They are still contacting my husband who is 2 hours ahead when the guy said he updated my phone number and they would be calling me to handle everything. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE... I can't even begin to imagine what other horrors we are about to face.. the other reviews show people dealing with broken items and lost things.. I'm to pregnant to deal with this and I'm just so frustrated and upset with this company after all these wonderful promises were made and I really believed it.

Steer clear of this moving company. We began with a quote of $2500 ended having to pay $3600 . Lies and deception is the name of the game. It took over 10 days for delivery then when delivery date was set we were told 45 mins before truck could not enter neighborhood. My husband had to quickly rent a uhaul. We were charged extra at last minute for steps into my parents apartment and on top of that my husband and I helped with the moving. Communication is terrible with this company awful salesman , awful customer service. We have boxes missing and of course one box has a jewelry box in it and interesting how that is one that is missing. I was told Monday that our boxes were found and would be delivered in 4-5 days that was untrue. It is incredibly sad that a company like this is still in business. Read all reviews and be very careful. I don't want anyone to go through what we are going through. I have reached out to channel 7 news in Denver to help with resolution.

I hired them to do a complete move, including full pack and full unpack, from Seattle to Henderson, NV. My stuff got there, but . . . 1) They forgot several items which I had to pay to ship separately (cost $300). 2) They broke the glass in a large bookcase when unloading. I submitted a claim three (!) times for the above mentioned items but they are still prompting me to submit my claim. No resolution was offered. The inventory slip was not helpful. For example, there were several bookcases all labelled "bookcase" so I had no idea which number to use to submit my claim. Didn't matter, I guess, since they haven't processed my claim. 3) The unpack was a waste of money ($1,700) because they kept asking me where things went before opening boxes. And the boxes each had a number but no inventory so I had no way of knowing what was in them. And the driver argued with me about removing the empty boxes, which the sales rep had told me was part of the full unpack service. The workers he had helping him were nice but he was argumentative and difficult to work with. Definitely a good price compared to the major van lines, and probably ok for local moves, but not for a long distance move.

Worst service. Messed up on picked up and delivery date, sent only one person to deliver the whole lot. Cash vs Card delivery details - messy. Please avoid the unprofessional handling,
- Bharat G.

★☆☆☆☆
Beware...John the sales rep was persistent, and when I told them I was no longer interested was plain rude. Do your due diligence in hiring a moving company... "Oh bother. Well, good thing I still booked a million $$ in moves this year. I guess we can do without your business. Good Luck!" " writing comments about a company you never did business with? ... good day, ma'am."

RUN, RUN, RUN from this company!! They tell you what you want to hear then screw you any way they can. From the salesmen to truck driver to customer service they are rude, unethical, liars, and any negative adjective you can think of. I don't know how anyone could give this company a 5 star unless they work for the company and wrote it to make themselves look good. I totally agree with all the 1 star (too good for this company) ratings. Overcharged, way too much stuff broken, delivery dates from 1 day to 30 days, no phone calls to let you know the status of your delivery, truck driver didn't even know what he was transporting. He said he just hooked up his truck and left and he was almost as rude as customer service. Customer service couldn't even comprehend the possibility they were wrong about overcharge and one even dropped the F bomb on me. I was in the military for over 20 years and moved more times than I ever wanted and never had this much stuff broken in all the moves combined. I don't how I can emphasis this enough to stay away from this company. They should NOT be in business at all!!! BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE !!!

My move was from Golden ,Colorado to Central, New York , it was handled first class! From the very first phone call with Sharon Burke, Senior Moving Consultant , to the added follow up and execution of Tom Lana, Senior Moving Consultant . My choice selection of Mile High Van Lines, from all the other companies was affirmed by their professional service and delivering on every commitment made. Mile High's quote was exactly what I paid for services at the delivery of my belongings. The drivers Sergei (Golden, pick-up ) and Robert Carter ( New York, delivery ) were on time and handled my things with professional care and as if the goods were their own . Through the whole process all Mile High Van Lines Team , repeated there will be no surprises and their were none . They kept their word and all contracts agreed to way above my expectations . I initially found this to be an unsettling time, especially with all the calls from all the other companies. Mile High Van Lines put that all to rest and have earned my business with their customer service and desire to deliver above expectation . I would not hesitate to use their service again or recommend them to a friend or family member .

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!! BEWARE! They were 4 hours late on pickup day, 8 days past the day they said they would be at my home to deliver. When I called to see where they were the next day after they were SUPPOSED to deliver my furniture they hadn't even left the state of Washington yet!! THEN, I was promised I had full protection of my items from Joe who booked me. Now for some reason I don't!!! I was tricked into signing that I don't want the coverage! I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY DID THAT BECAUSE THEY BROKE OVER 10 items of mine! My leather couch, my king sized bed frame and headboard, my Keurig coffee maker, my furniture, my crystal, decor, MY TV STANDS, AND scratched up my triathlon bike! AND THEY GAVE ME 3 ITEMS THAT WERENT EVEN MINE THEY WERE SOMEBODY ELSES! I noticed 2 of them after they brought them inside so I gave them back. They were a table and chairs, how do you mix that up??? LASTLY, the kicker is this...NOONE from the company will return my phone calls! Tom, a guy who is SUPPOSED to help with claims said he was going to call me back in regards to the issues over a week ago! I have called and called back Joe and Tom with NO RESPONSE! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! THEYRE LIARS AND THIEVES!

We chose Mile High because they were the first to get back to us while looking for moving quotes. I wish I had looked into them a little more. We had about 1700 cubic feet to move, and it took them 13 hours to load the truck. In their defense, they wrapped everything SUPER carefully and helped me with things that I had not yet packed up. I did not see my stuff again for another 8 days and, when they finally showed up, it was at 5:30 pm on a Saturday and it took them until 1:00 am to finish unloading. We were charged extra fees, almost $1,500 over the original quote. They did not remove any packing material, I have to put it all on my trash line. I would advise you to look elsewhere.

I would not recommend this company. We had a terrible experience. They were late for pickup and we got charged a bunch of hidden fees. On drop off several items were damaged. We watched a guy drop our road bike from the truck. They simply said it would be fine. The driver tried to keep my ladder when he finished unpacking. In total, damages cost us $2000. Absolute joke of a company that has no clue what they are doing. Don't bother calling someone there who knows what they are doing.

The person I spoke with (Jennifer) at first was very nice. Her quote was a bit high, but she was nice and knew her business. She said she would trust quotes from major companies and not more local ones. When she called back to follow-up she was really pushy and when I told her quote was on the high end she began to get upset. Then as I was talking she said whatever, then tried to just end the call. I called her on it and she was like yes, "it is whatever". Before she could explain anything I ended the call. Do not deal with this company. Movers are agressive enough and so really pushy salespeople. You do not need attitude and anger from them. This company might be good, but I am not willing to find out. I am glad I dodged this bullet. Be aware!

It's been a year, and I forgot to show my message back to the owner from his response to my first message. All factual! Hi Vadim, You are not a global moving company you are correct. You can inform your salesman to not say you are (its called people management). I was given 17 days of delivery from the first available delivery date. I gave July 27th as my first available delivery date on July 2nd, in order to give and ample amount of time to have my items delivered close to that date. My items where delivered on August 18th. Please tell me how your math works out to 12 days? Don't count the weekends?! Funny, because my items were delivered on a Sunday. In addition, I received a reimbursement check for $69 when my dining room table was completely destroyed, along with multiple other items. I will continue post reviews on the horrible service that I received since "moving is very stressful to begin with" and I wouldn't subject anyone to your company. I would suggest you keep changing your DOT numbers to stay in business. I will push this further by going to the BBB, and suggest everyone else to do the same.

Horrible experience. Over charged us for our move, ruined a number of pieces of furniture and lost furniture. Showed up days later than agreement to pick up our merchandise and we had the same issues with delivery. After receiving our down payment and signed agreement, they disappear and do not answer their phones or call you back. They always have plenty of excuses if you finally get a hold of someone. Then to top it off they use people they find on Facebook Market Place 0n the day on pick or delivery with no moving experience to take orders from a limited experienced Russian drivers to load and remove merchandise from their truck.. The two boys they uses from Facebook Market place were so skinny they could hardly lift anything out of the truck at delivery. And as they moved articles into the house they damage walls, door Jams and doors. All they wanted was to finish as soon as possible since they would not unload the truck without our final payment upfront. Once they have your down payment and have you hooked, that's when their lies and excuses begin. Stay totally away from this company.

russian crooks!! read the bbb bbb.org/us/co/denver/pro… any positive reviews are false and made up. read every one-star review; they all have a similar theme and this is exactly what happened to us. our initial phone contact with this company promised a good deal but, behind the sales voices are crooks. the movers (heavy lifters) hired off the internet the day of the move and delivery, the truck was a rented u-haul. also, we could not get in contact our designated point of contact at the company and had to pretend we were a new customer to get someone to call us back. upon arrival at our new home, the date for delivery changed five times; we had nowhere to stay and had to spend a lot of money on hotels etc. a lot of our furniture was scratched, broken and some of it is missing!!! the company hides behind a contract that protects them, not the customer. our fault was not reading the crooked contract. read the fine print; do not use this company!

This company provides excellent service and great value for the money. We are so happy we used them. We have a lot of heavy stuff and had to move many high-end appliances. We are so impressed with how strong these movers are. They kept coming in and out of the house and was very systematic in hauling those heavy items out through the narrow hallway. They barely took a break. They moved the process along at a fast pace and protected everything. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
