I booked a move with Mighty Max in April for today. I called Monday to confirm that we were on schedule. The owner Jim called me back to confirm that we were all set for 8:30 AM. Today no call and no-show by Mighty Max. We are moving out of state to Charlotte so it was critical to be out today on time to meet the unloaders in North Carolina. Jim didn’t pick up the phone or even call us. I have used them twice before I was blown away by this. I will never refer him to anyone. Terrible terrible terrible.”

When we sold my parents house we had Mighty Max move the furniture I wanted to keep to my place. They also moved stuff to my brothers and the things we didn’t want they dropped off to a charity and recycled or disposed of junk. 5 different destinations and they kept everything organized and to the right place. They also helped my brother dismantle and remove a large built in storage unit in a house he just bought. All that work for a very reasonable price. Jimmy was like having a good friend with a truck, but even better. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!”
