They say the 3rd times a charm ....well not in this case. I contacted Scott to do a 3rd and possible 4th move for me. We corresponded by text and made the final arrangements and even gave me great pricing based on my repeat customer. I had horrible experiences with movers in the past and trusted Scott as he’d always done an amazing job with my antique furniture! On the day of the move they arrived promptly; however, it was not Scott! I reached out to him to let him know I was concerned that it wasn’t him and he assured me these guys are good...... Well not so much.... almost every leg on every piece of furniture is scratched or damaged in some way, the tp of my antique dresser was damaged and the pillow top of my white mattress had black stripes on it as they didn’t wrap it . But the best was when they argued with me that the black stripes were on the mattress. That the dresser was damaged before they got there and they refused to assemble anything they didn’t take apart. I had a a dining room table that seats eight and they left it upside down on the floor with the legs off and they were ready to leave! I pleased with them that I can assemble it however there was no way I could right the table by myself.... reluctantly they did it for me. After I realized I was missing the marble top to a plant stand. I reached out to Scott to discuss the move and he’s been less lan responsive. We’ve communicated though text messages. After 3 months of waiting I obtained not only 1 but 2 estimates for the repairs ranging from $1100 to $2500 . As of yet I still have no response from Scott. And I still don’t have my table top which he actually has! So to say I wouldn’t recommend them.... if you determine that Scott is doing the move you’re guaranteed a successful move....his “ crews” not so much! I’ll also add I found another company to do the 4th move !”

During the move in process of unloading stuff, they put stuff in the garage. They worked with me as well with rearranging furniture and other possessions. And added touch , my grandson (16 months old) was there helping, close to the end of the unloading process, they wheeled him around on the dolly which made his day.
