I needed movers and storage space immediately. I called Men On The Move and spoke with Ozzie. He was so nice and helpful on the phone - he not only held a unit on reserve for me but he gave me the phone number for their movers division. I called the movers, spoke with Sal, and arranged for 2 movers and a truck to arrive at the house by 10am the following morning. They were right on time, and MAN!...those men really did MOVE!! I was given only 4 hours by the trustees of this house to get everything out otherwise I would not be allowed to take my things! The Men On The Move Movers were really "workin' it"! I needed muscle for my move and that's exactly what I got. Couldn't be happier! And then back at the storage unit, all of my belongings just fit into the 10x10 unit that Ozzie suggested for me. I was originally going to take an 8x10 unit but it would have been a longer walk for me so I took his suggestion and am I glad I did! Not only is it easier access for me but all my stuff never would have fit in the smaller unit. THANK YOU OZZIE! I also have to shout out a big THANK YOU to Rob for all his help and also staying late to let me and the movers finish the paperwork in the comfort of the office. My experience with the Farmingdale storage facility and the movers couldn't have been better. Highly recommended!!!”

Although their customer service is good in regards to their pleasant phone manner, they have raised my rates twice in the last 12 months since they acquired this facility. I have had a unit for the past five years with no issues and a flat rate. So to gouge an existing tenant and gradually force me out in order to obtain a much higher rate from new customers is tacky.”
