DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!! Was originally quoted $500 (give or take) for packing and moving our 1 bedroom apartment. Was told this move should take between 4-5 hours from start to finish.They sent two men out on day of move and both said they needed more help and larger truck before even starting. After about 3.5 hours I began to physically help the movers with my stuff because we had not even finished packing up half of the apartment at that time. Another hour later and we had most of the large items that I would have been unable to move by myself in the truck. At this time the truck was full top to bottom and we still had about half of the apartment left to move. We went to our new home and I had them unload everything at which time we found damage to multiple items. I was told to contact the office and speak with the owner about getting the damaged items replaced. It was at this point that we received a bill for nearly $900!!! (For what turned out to be about half of a 1 bedroom apartment mind you). I contacted the office and spoke with the owner who told me send pictures of the damaged items he would have someone come out to assess the damage. I sent copies of pictures of the damaged items and a week later had still yet to hear back so I called the office. The receptionist insisted that the owner was out providing quotes and had no way of knowing when he would be back in the office. I called again the following day and was told the same thing. I called from another phone number the following day and was able to speak with the owner, finally! He again said that he would have someone come assess the damage. Then I received a reply to my email that contained the pictures that I had previously sent with the damaged items stating they did not feel responsible and basically “what do you expect me to do”. Now at this point I had already paid nearly $900 for the move of half of my 1 bedroom apartment, was left with damaged items, and was basically told to “pound sand”. Moral of the story if you want to be drastically overcharged, have your furniture damaged, have to play games to even speak with someone in charge, and then told they will not replace nor reimburse damaged items these are your guys. Very unprofessional and rip off!!!!”

Be VERY careful with this company! We unfortunately used them in September 2019. The workers seemed nice, but wow were we foolish to trust them. They changed the price mid-move with our items still in their truck saying they had to because it was taking longer than they thought - But that was because only half of the staff worked at all, while the other half sat, watched and complained about being too sore to do their job. Also, the 16 minute drive between the two properties took them 40 minutes for some unexplainable reason. They damaged flooring in both homes, damaged multiple pieces of furniture, dropped some of our clothes on the front lawn, and one mover dropped our sound system right in front of me, shrugged his shoulders and just stared at me, like I was supposed to pick it up!! They even had the audacity to URINATE everywhere except inside the toilet in one of the bathrooms at one house!! We found the mess the next morning. It was so bad my eyes burned upon opening the door! They literally would have had to turned their backs to the toilet to produce some of the puddles on the floor and the stains up the walls! I have photos to prove all of it, which I did email to the owner as requested. First, they denied most of it. Then lied about asking neighbors if our absent dogs made the urine. All of our neighbors were away so they could not have known nor have been asked, and the dogs were also removed and were with a service person/witness elsewhere prior to the movers ever arriving. Lastly, the owner took months to make any attempt to remedy the situation. He was ridiculously unreasonable and untrustworthy. After months, we gave up out of shear frustration and exhaustion. Guess that's what he was hoping. I told the owner that I would be this writing a review. He told me to go ahead, they had lots of other big contracts. BEWARE!!!!!”

A year ago on Saturday, the day before Father's Day, we were scheduled to move my entire household (4Bd/3Ba, 3,400 sq/ft including a Grand Piano) from Merrit Island to Viera. On the delivery day, at 7am, I got a phone call from the moving company to the surprise to heard they canceled my move due to crew sickness. I called every moving company around with no luck. Someone recommended me MBM and immediately Mike and Brenda was able to gather a crew of 4 angels to make the move possible (on Father's Day Sunday). A very awesome team of hard dedicated workers. Couple of weeks ago we sold the grand piano to a person in Orlando and recommended MBM and they coordinated the move, only to heard great words about the piano relocation. Today, my third time using MBM, they brought Master bedroom funitures from St.Pete Beach to Viera in a flawless process, SUPER JOB and super happy customers.”

As I get older, movers are a must as it's not as easy to get a bunch of buddies to come over and help you move for a 6-Pack and some pizza and wings like it used to be. Anyway, when I moved a year ago, I hired movers and it wasn't the best experience. Definitely not the worst, but it just wasn't good in my book. This time around, I looked into MBM Enterprises, and I'm sure glad I did. These guys were fantastic. Maybe it was a combination of me being properly prepared or just the crew, but from the moment they arrived, it was just good all around. First off, they were on time. Always appreciative of a business that arrives in the time frame that they provide you. I had my day planned around them and had to be to work later that day, and by being on time and finishing up exactly 4 hours later, this was worthy of the rating alone. Secondly, they have great pricing and no hidden fees. A few movers give you a price, and then they want to add on for the truck in addition to the exorbitant price already. Not here. And the timer didn't start until they arrived at my location. Big plus as they came from the coast and I'm in Orlando. Next, they weren't lazy. My last movers were slackers and took their time moving stuff, which I'm sure extended the time. Other than their one allotted break, these guys kept busy and moved right along. Finally, they were all friendly and personable. We had conversation and they remained polite and courteous the entire time. This speaks volumes for the owner and who he hires for his crews. By the end of it, I bought them all some cold drinks from Wawa as a thanks for all of their hard work and my stuff was moved from my 3 bedroom apartment to the storage unit with no damage and in a timely manner. I'm going to make sure that I use them again when I get into my next permanent place because I can't go wrong with these guys. Thank you so much for being my movers and being able to do it with 2 days notice!”

When I saw how many little things she wanted to move I realized it may work better to do a fixed vs hourly rate.. MBM gave a reasonable fixed rate compared to other movers and their Yelp rating persuaded me that they were a good bet. Although I didn't see the pickup process, we did meet the movers on the Tampa end. Both gentlemen were hard working and polite. They protected the door ways, were careful with the walls, our furniture, and were personable as well! They were very honest with every step in the process and with the billing. Alright, I used MBM to move recently, the movers John, Leon and Scott showed up at my house on time, they were extremely friendly, they walked thru the house so I could explain what was going and what was staying... They immediately got to work. It was brutally hot, side note, moving in August is dumb, anyway... Their attitude and work ethic never wavered.. they joked WHILE they worked, no standing around, no nonsense.. these cats were there to do business... They were all very careful with my belongings, nothing was damaged or scratched, I was very pleased with their service , their attention to detail and their overall concern for my property. Also, I have a 700lb safe that needed to come with me, several other movers was an extra $250 for this alone, MBM didn't charge extra, also for the $118 an hour I got 3 men, all the others at this price send 2 men.. John, Leon and Scott as I said, showed up on time and they were done within the time frame I was quoted. God forbid I ever move again, but if I do... You can be sure I am getting these guys!
