They showed up an hour late and were training a new employee on my time, expecting me to pay extra after I prepaid for 7 hours because they were moving slow due to the trainee. It was 230 and the lead mover said they would have been done loading the truck at 1230 if it weren't for the trainee. During the move, they scratched up the screen on our flat screen TV in multiple locations, pulled the thread on 2 brand new couch cushions, and put a small rip into my fiancees grandmother's arm chair. I was told the owner would call me the next day to discuss the damages. This was after the lead mover took pictures of the damages and texted them to his wife (the secretary, Andrea) on the spot. It has been over a week with no call, despite my multiple follow-up attempts. Stay away from these clowns!!! It is worth paying extra for quality work and for movers who treat your belongings like their own.”
