We moved with this company a few months ago. They were easy to get ahold of in the beginning we had to switch our moving day and that was no problem at all. Day of the move is when the problems started happening the crew was 30min late and you get charged from the time they leave. They were unprofessional from the beginning they didn’t want to wrap our couch and were complaining the whole time. Keep in mind they were only moving the few big items for us that we couldn’t move and they were all by the front door so they didn’t have to move them far. They dragged our couch on the sidewalk and put holes in the fabric. That wouldn’t have happened if they would have covered it properly. They also left with a piece of our table in their truck. I texted the owner and got the table piece back. I later found the holes in the couch and texted him again and have gotten zero response. It was not even a year old couch in perfect condition and now it has holes in it. Very disappointing!”

Not only did they go to the store it was purchased from to pick it up, they coordinated the pick up time with the store’s opening hours. They guys too great care not to damage walls or doors. They were very rude one employee threatened my brother and one was on his phone texting and one went to the bathroom for over a hour and my DVD blue ray player never made it told the owner and nothing was done had to buy a new one my worker never told me nothing and nothing was broke prior to the move and there was 2 inches of snow on December 30th on December 31 the day I actually moved the roads were clear we had to slow down due to them driving 2 slow also they took so long I had to leave my stuff in a storage unit and now I'm left to pay for it and find a way back to get out of storage because we had a time frame as it was we were 15 minutes late. THE MEN THAT CAME THE FIRST DAY WERE VERY NICE AND POLITE HANDLED MY STUFF WITH CARE THE SECOND DAY WAS HORRIBLE due to the fact that a 1 bedroom apartment took 3 men that were hired and my brother had to help pack cause it took so long and we had to leave stuff in my apartment behind I didn't want to post all this but it's necessary I contacted you and so did my brother because the male who threatened my brother said he was going to send his people after me and I'm scared I have ptsd and now I'm living in fear type what u want this is THE TRUTH AND YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS SERVICE !”

Posting for my father he had someone hired and they couldn't make it so Mankato Movers were referred and hired. Nice guys but they didn't have enough straps to strap furniture to walls which then pieces were tipped over in transfer. Damage to Samsung smart TV. Damage to dresser drawers which were dropped on the concrete. Damage to bed rails and books cases. Wasn't a big job but they were unprepared and careless. Truly disappointed when u r expected a professional job and didn't get it. Then all they said is to mention the damage and business comes back with maybe can give u a 100 bucks off your 450 dollar bill.”
