Excellent, no-hassle moving experience! I recently hired Mancuso Movers to move me from Ossining, NY to White Plains. I had received quotes from some of the larger, national movers; but I received mixed reviews from friends and family who had used a national chain. It seems that their experience varied based on the specific crew that moved them. With Mancuso, Joe Mancuso personally supervised the move, so you know you'll get excellent service every time! I spoke with Joe on the phone to book my move and he was extremely professional and accommodating. The day of the move, the team showed up on time, and efficiently moved me out of condo in record time. In White Plains, we made a stop to drop items off in storage, and then the team quickly moved me into my new apartment. I've moved about 7 times and this was the best moving experience I've ever had. Not one item was broken in the move. Joe and his team were professional and friendly. They even gave me their opinion on furniture placement! A really nice group of guys. Mancuso charges an hourly rate as opposed to a flat fee; but the move ended up being less expensive than the flat-fee quotes I received from the larger chains. Joe is very honest and straight-forward. He didn't try to pad the costs or tack on extra time. I highly recommend Mancuso Movers in Portchester!”

My fiance and I recently moved from Port Chester to White Plains and even though it was only a short trip away, we needed the help of movers to move our furniture. So, of course, I started to Google and contact the "big names". I was in shock with how expensive some of the "big names'' were! As I continued to research, I discovered Mancuso movers and decided to call. To my surprise, the owner of the company picked up on the other end! Joe and I started talking and within several minutes we reached an agreement. By far the cheapest of all the estimates I received and the nicest guy to talk to. BUT please don't let the fact he was the cheapest financially lead you to believe that his quality is lacking, oh no, quite the opposite! Joe and his crew moved all of my furniture as if it was their own. Very cautious and diligent to ensure my items would not be damaged.
