We pay this company seven thousand dollars to basically steal everything we own. They picked up our whole household 9/23/2020 in Escondido Ca. And told us our things would be delivered in El Paso 9/26/2020. Well it is now 11/4/2020. We have no furniture. They will not call you to update you , are things never left California. Don’t believe this AD they are lier. Do not trust them, have been reported to the proper authorities DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hope the DA puts them out of business. We are thinking about getting a billboard in Anaheim warning people about this company. Don’t believe the price’s ours went from five thousand, to nine thousand and some change. And we don’t have anything to show for it.Shame on you Mama Movers. You need to take Mama out of your name, because mamas don’t lie, and you do!! Shameful company.”

If I could go back in time I would run like heck from this company. Fast. I hired them on September 29 2010 to do a move of eight boxes, one Christmas tree box, 16 other pieces of furniture (most of which were small) for $2000 to go from CA to another state. Pricey, yes, but I figured they guaranteed the delivery in 3 to 7 days so I paid the $500 deposit plus 75% of the remaining balance on pickup. Bear in mind I'm not a Karen or Kyle here. I even paid the movers who came (late, but still they showed) a $175.00 cash tip. I have ABSOLUTELY no issue with paying extra for good and prompt and professional service. Was promised by the sales rep 'Christian', on the binding quote, in writing, that everything would be delivered in 3 to 7 days. Not business days .. Days. Company refused to honor that written promise. They then tried to say it should be 'business days' which would expire on 10/09/2020 for 3 to 7 business days. They are now saying they are refusing to honor THAT written promise. Now they are saying four more days. Again .. their sales rep made in writing a guarantee via email which specifically stated 3 to 7 days. When a company makes a promise to induce you into buying their services, they are legally and ethically responsible to do whatever it takes to keep those promises. If they make a deliberately false statement to induce you to buy? That is the CLASSIC and LEGAL definition of fraud in most states. And legally, their misrepresentation to get me to buy invalidated anything else they said on their contract about delivery times. Things like this are why car dealers get in trouble when some shady sales rep makes promises they cant deliver on to make the sale. I've already called HBPD and they told me to call the Orange County District Attorney. I have called them and I have my complaint already written out. Barring a completely unexpected outbreak of ethics and honesty and good customer service from this company I will be sending my complaint to the District Attorney tomorrow. PS .. They use fake names at this company. One of the representatives who answered their phone said his name was - I kid you not - Michael Kors. The supervisor is supposedly named 'John Black' Oh, and people at Mama Movers? If something somehow happens to our stuff, like it gets damaged or goes missing because I am posting this review? I can amend my complaint to the District Attorney. You'd do well to remember this and to do the honorable thing and deliver out stuff, undamaged, nothing missing, and it would be a gesture of good customer service to waive the balance after all of this.”

So after the in-home estimator came out and he was just as/if not more knowledgeable and I crossed my fingers and booked my move. Fraud.They fill your truck from the center to show that you need more space and ask you for more money per cubic feet CAUTION !!! FRAUD This company changed its name from CRS to MAMA to keep its operations going. Expried DOT. they Work under someone elses name. They put your stuff starting from the middle of the truck and show that you need more space so they can ask for more money!!! HORRIBLE company. Run, walk away from them! They vastly under estimate their quotes and then charge you massive fees once your items have already been loaded. Worse than the cost is the service. They didn't bring my items for almost 3 weeks. The driver extorted an additional fee from me once they got to my place and refused to unload my goods until I paid them almost $200 in cash. They LOST several of my items worth approximately $1,400 and offered me $53.40 as settlement 3 months later. AVOID THIS COMPANY!”

Oh my gosh, I never write reviews but this moving company was just so amazing. I’d had such a difficult week as my husband had a small heart attack the day before our big move. I was in the hospital for many hours and only half packed. I called Hayley frantically telling her of my situation.
